Sunday marks the 160th anniversary of the Bear River Massacre, where the United States Army attacked and killed hundreds of Shoshone men, women and children. This massacre, one of the largest in US history, occurred in northern Utah and is now being commemorated with ambitious restoration plans. Plus, Utah agencies are teaming up to make safer wildlife migration a priority. And later, the chairmen of the Southern Ute and Ute Mountain Ute tribes delivered their first annual address to the Colorado State Legislature.
