  • Accountability, ain't that bout a bihhh.....
    S4 Ep 74: Accountability, ain’t that bout a bihhh......
“Tell the whole truth, and own your shit, not just the side that makes you look good” —Ticia The Diva.
Yesterday I tweeted “Try being an accountable person and in your moment of accountability the person tries to flip that on you and build everything centered around you admitting your faults. I think the fuck not”.
Accountability is defined as “the fact or condition of being accountable; responsibility”. Naturally, I’m an accountable person yet I’ve encountered some narcissistic people during my journey of life and that have posed as “my friend”. Hence the tweet, that stemmed from a series of tweet exchanges between an ex best friend and I.
In a previous episode, “emotional intelligence” I shared the last experience that caused a long term, on again, off again friendship that ended and a WHOLE YEAR later, I’m circling back to this conversation. For a year, I was unable to communicate how I felt to her because she would block me after her response but as the good internet people would say, “I got time today”.
Honesty moment, I considered re-recording this podcast because I didn’t want it to seem as a rant but after listening with intent, being impeccable with my words, I still remained my EQ and I’m just here to say you can respectfully let a person know where they had you fucked up at and still practice emotional intelligence at the same damn time.

  • Allow Me To Reintroduce Myself....

S4 Ep 72: Allow me to reintroduce myself.....is just that, an episode that is an entire reintroduction for my new listeners and followers. In this podcast, I share with you all who I am and what it is that I do, after a video I posted to my Instagram of giving a homeless woman $5 and being celebrated for my charity. I personally didn't wanted my act of service to be diminished to just giving to the homeless, when I petitioned and campaigned to get an entire traffic installed in my city. So I had to come back and let you all know what's up for all who are now getting here.

I also share in this episode how I got started with my podcast and the importance of team building . Speaking of team building, This Is For My Ladies will be celebrating 2 years in July and is going on the road to collaborate with other podcasters on the east coast, so check me in a city near you!
