Tim Baxter talks about the trajectory that lead to him having an ever-expanding understanding of the law and how it applies to climate change.
Tim, a father of two, has been with the University of Melbourne's, Melbourne Law School, but is about to pursue a new interest where he can apply the convergence of his knowledge and understanding of both law and climate change.
His thesis has a long title, but in simple terms is seeks to unpack the legal hurdles which might prevent the commonwealth being found liable in negligence for their insufficient efforts to mitigate climate change.
