  • how to navigate the discomfort of stepping outside of your comfort zone

In this episode, I discuss a pattern that occurs when we are in a period of growth, transition, or change, and how understanding how to navigate this pattern has saved me from self-sabotage countless times.

I talk about when we are outside of our comfort zone, it is completely natural and normal to experience fear, doubt, and discomfort. Oftentimes, we take this as a signal that something is wrong, but as I share in this episode, this can often be a sign that you are on the right path. This episode provides insight into why it’s important to learn to navigate and self-regulate throughout periods of discomfort without succumbing to the urge to self-sabotage.

  • the link between limiting beliefs and self-doubt, self-sabotage, and self-criticism

In this episode, I delve into one of the topics that comes up most often in my personal life and online community - limiting beliefs. I share my take on how limiting beliefs can confine us into a reality that dictates what is and isn't possible for us, and the friction and tension we feel when we are pressing upon the outer edges of our limiting beliefs.

I talk about the role that shedding limiting beliefs has played in my overall journey, specifically in relation to career, finances, and entrepreneurship. My objective is to empower you to get behind your limiting beliefs, understand where they are coming from, heal what needs to be healed, and shift into beliefs that are supportive of your highest good.
