Arcade racing certainly saw a resurgence this month, and in that spirit, this episode we're joined by Jayson Lamp, Sega expert and writer over at Mega Visions magazine, to talk about a new indie title that very much speaks to our interests here at Time Extend: Hotshot Racing. While we have some mixed feelings about this Virtua Racing-inspired celebration of '90s racing, it's just nice to be able to talk about a game like this in 2020, isn't it?

With Project CARS 3 out for a couple of weeks now, the boys finally weigh in on the year's most controversial racer. This departure in the series pushes a lot of the right buttons as a thoroughly fun aside from its fully sim-focused predecessors, but a number of head-scratching design decisions and frustrating bugs keep it from excellence.
