Christ is the life-giving vine, and we are the branches that the Father has grafted into him. If we are connected to him, we bear fruit. If not, we are dead because our faith can't live without him.
John 15:1-8
Jesus tells us that he is the Light of the World. He is the only one who reveals the way through the darkness of sin to heaven. The Light shows us the truth and how to live joyful and meaningful lives. It gives us the identity of God's children. And as God's children we are reflectors of the Light to those around us so they too can learn of their Savior. The Light of the World makes us light to the world around us.
John 8:12,21-23,51; 12:35
In this message you will be reminded that our Christian integrity and honesty are things we display all the time--not just on Sundays. We can work hard for our bosses as working for the Lord and bringing him glory.
Colossians 3:22-25
In this message, Pastor Jeske shows you how your Christian faith shows by your actions. Instead of exploiting or using people, the Bible teaches us to treat others with respect.
Isaiah 58:3,4
In this message be encouraged to act like Jesus--being a servant to others and treating your customers fairly, honestly, and truthfully. 1 Corinthians 10:23,24
When you tell the truth and live with integrity, you not only worship God with your life, but you make him look good to others and your faith shines through!
Proverbs 16:3,8,11,13; 20:17
The discussion around gay marriage is important, and it’s not a matter of individuals putting their biases and prejudices on other people. The real issue is for us to dial into our God. This is a spiritual issue, and you don’t truly love people who are committing spiritual suicide by letting them continue in what they are doing. Love demands that we represent what our Creator and Savior-God has revealed to us about his intent for the human race. Let’s love people enough to tell the truth.
People who are contemplating suicide are miserable and feel that ending their own lives is the only way out. Satan taunts them with lies of worthlessness and despair. But we as Christians have a powerful weapon in the Word of God to attack those lies and to give God’s hope to the ears and hearts of people who may feel that their lives are hopeless.
God's love and forgiveness are there for you or for those you know who are struggling with marital problems. His plan for marriage is the key to a happy one.
Many of us struggle with various forms of addiction or know someone who does. Jesus gives us the tools we need to help those who struggle with these issues—he tells us to show them they have value, forgiveness, and love through him.
