上一期节目我们听到从小有着演员梦的中国女孩AnnaPan，虽然在人生前30年老老实实上大学、工作、留学，但是在美国学习工作了几年后，她打破了自己对人生看法的局限，决定走自己的人生路，只身闯荡好莱坞，去实现当演员的梦想。她讲到在美国当演员需要的是专业，是演技，并不一定需要长得漂亮，更重要的是要有个性。这一期是我们对话的继续，我想了解Anna在好莱坞当演员的她个性是什么，她自己认为和别人不同的地方是什么，我也很好奇在好莱坞电影片场的背后是什么样的，当演员是什么感受。

Aaron Rose, an investor, board member, corporate advisor, and co-founder of multiple companies, has been doing business in China for near 20 years. His blog “Solutions for a Sustainable World” offers useful research information, resources, and his thoughts about the technology industry. In this episode, Aaron will share with us the trends he has observed in China, what opportunities he has seen as an investor, and his personal experience of investing and working in China. Ultimately, he will share his opinion on if NOW is a good time to invest in China.

About the Guest:

Aaron Rose is a board member, corporate advisor, and co-founder of great companies. He launched his entrepreneurial career in 1993 with the founding of ROI3 Ventures, a private investment and holding company that provides financial and advisory support to seed and earlystage companies. Portfolio companies reside in the information and communication technology, emerging technologies, renewable energy and clean technology sectors. Besides ROI3, Aaron is co-founder of Yeeko, Get Fit With Heath, and CareerLight. In addition, Aaron has been serving as founder and managing director of Global Tactics since 1999, a consultancy that helps companies and startup ventures thrive by delivering and supporting business development and risk mitigation, brand and marketing communications, and cybersecurity. He also serves as a strategic advisor to AE Brooks, Seattle University, Global Investment Leadership Capital Management, Innotech Global, Koba Ethiopian, M. Gralnick Enterprises and TRInternational.

What can the combination of Blockchain and IoT (Internet of Things) help industries transform in today’s world? What are some examples in the market today? Karl Weaver, Global Business Development Director of aitos.io, a Chinese startup builds trusted identity authentication and privacy-preserving data computation solution for the enterprises of AIoT, made a claim that “China is leading in Blockchain and IoT Industries.” I invite Karl to the show and explain why he thinks so.
