under 10 min talk about how Ive learned and am continuing to learn to adapt and pivot to life. I am neurodivergent with ADHD & dyslexia and then at 28 I had a ruptured brain aneurysm.
Change in schedule can be a big trigger for a lot of neurodiverse individuals. Please be kind to yourself and know that it does get easier and better.
I wanted to start sharing more of my tips or topics you guys have asked me about or that come up on lives.
Please let me know what questions you have, what topics I should elaborate on and if you want to be a guest on my podcast or share on a Sunday with Maddi & I.

This podcast episode delves into the theme of "the unknown" as discussed by two stroke survivors, Tracey and Tawnie. As they embark on part 2 of their conversation series, they explore the complexities and challenges associated with navigating life after a stroke, both for themselves and their caretakers.
Tracey sets the stage by introducing the topic, emphasizing the importance of addressing the unknown aspects of life post-stroke. Tracey reflects on the definition of the unknown, highlighting how it encompasses the loss of information and function experienced by stroke survivors. She also emphasizes the critical role of faith in navigating the uncertainties of recovery.
The conversation takes a personal turn as Tawnie shares her experiences of grappling with the unknown, from physical deficits to the emotional toll of uncertainty. She emphasizes the importance of maintaining optimism and perseverance in the face of challenges.
Both Tracey and Tawnie acknowledge the role of caretakers in supporting stroke survivors through the unknown. They discuss how caretakers often face their own emotional rollercoaster as they navigate the uncertainties of recovery alongside their loved ones.
Ultimately, the episode serves as a testament to the resilience and determination of stroke survivors and their caretakers as they confront the unknowns of life after stroke with courage and grace. Through their candid conversation, Tracey and Tawnie offer insights and inspiration for others facing similar challenges.
