hello, you! it has well and truly been a while. and we are back with... a video?

hello and welcome to the second episode of the ac podcast! very sorry for the lack of uploads and huge gap in between the last episode and this one, hopefully this is explained well enough in the episode. i've been quite preoccupied with the changes in my life recently, but i'm hoping this is back for good. thank you for being patient with me, i really appreciate it.

in this episode i wanted to delve a little more into mental health and my experiences with feeling up and down in the past 12 months, how i've overcome the challenges i have faced and how to make life a little easier to deal with, in terms of removing toxic people and environments. i also explore pride month (happy pride everyone listening in june!) and how being open about my sexuality and gender has made me more comfortable in myself, and i hope the topics discussed in today's episode can help you in some way. be true to yourself, you make the world a better place, i promise. <3

hey, and welcome back to another episode of how’s that? i cant believe we’re on the 8th episode already! today i just give you a general catch up on what’s happening in the world of music (that i like anyway) at the moment, from the most recent albums that have come out recently to the artists that have taken the charts by storm; the music world is certainly not boring at the moment. i am trying to get back into the swing of weekly uploads, but as i have probably mentioned before, i have upcoming exams in may and june, these are my priority at the moment, however the summer will be completely podcast focused, promise you! have a good week and hope you enjoy listening, stay curious :)
