So much has happened to shift the way we live and interact with others, and most importantly the way we show up as mothers right now that I find myself feeling quite overwhelmed.

In this episode I talk about finding my voice and finding connection with myself.  Not only because I have a responsibility as a leader, but because I am raising the next generation.
