Just this past August, T.J received his Masters of Coaching degree from Ohio University. Before that he has made numerous stops on the coaching trail. After graduating from Catawba College, T.J. became the head coach in the Virginia Beach Collegiate League. He has served as a catching instructor at IMG Academy and was a performance science assistant with the New York Yankees organization.
