Maggie Headlee is a former NCAA D1 swimmer for the University of Minnesota and Olympic Trials Qualifier, who now plays masters water polo and competes in triathlons for fun. She struggled with severe perfectionism and performance anxiety throughout high school, which got progressively worse in college and eventually manifested through an eating disorder. After many struggles, she took ownership over her recovery and currently uses her food blogging platform to show others that food is a privilege, it is fuel, it is a gift and it can bring us joy.
