Federal Judge Cannon in Florida terminated the "Documents Mar-A-Lago" case against Donald Trump. Further, Judge Cannon ruled that Special Counsel Jack Smith was NOT appointed according to federal law! That means his actions taken against Donald Trump will NOT stand. Further, unless an appeal -- which is certain to be filed -- restarts Smith's ability to move on in Trump prosecutions, the case against Trump pending in Washington, D.C. will NOT happen!
