Hello, my fellow failures!
I can honestly say that I have always waited until the last minute to do anything. I used to say that it was because that's when I best operated and had the most creative, but really, I was just a procrastinator. And that went for health, fitness...relationships. I seemed to wait until I had no other choice and then I would do it. I thought it was working, but if I am being honest (and that's what this is all about) I knew it wasn't and still did it anyway. I needed to learn how to make new habits and break old ones before they were a problem.
