For the last time ... Grace and Syd sit down to say goodbye :( With their busy schedules and Syd moving out, the girls end with one final podcast to update you all on their lives, respond to Jack and Jack, talk about everything happening in the world, and - most importantly - to say goodbye. This podcast has brought so much happiness, growth, and laughter to Grace and Syd & they are really going to miss doing it together.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us. We love you all :)
Get ready for some f-bombs (and rightfully so) (: Jack and Jack join Grace & Syd to discuss their new podcast! Jack M then brings on some controversial topics and asks the ladies their opinions. While they don't agree on much, the two sets of best friends enjoy many laughs. This episode is great example on how you might not see eye to eye with all of your friends, but you can definitely agree to disagree.
P.S. Hardworking, dominate women are, in fact, so lovable and don't let these men tell y'all any different!
Diving deep into their memories, which Syd clearly is not good at, Grace & Syd talk about their "firsts" for a second time on the show. From first kiss to first time getting in trouble, this episode is sure to give you a lil giggle. The ladies might just even talk about their first pap smear (weird, but necessary)!!!
Love y'all
Michelle Steeg, MA, LPC, NCC, joined Grace & Syd to give major insight into her practice. She talked about her passion for working with teenage boys and her no bs approach when it comes to counseling. Michelle is the counselor we all need and it was so awesome to speak with her. We love badass women!!

The oh so fabulous Kelly Wiesehan is back! In this episode Grace & Syd talk about how they became friends and answer some of Kelly's questions on how they've maintained a strong friendship for over ten years. The three ladies talk about what it means to be a friend and what we can all do to be better friends!
We're back!!! It's been a long time coming, but we are back with a catch-up episode to start off Season 3. This season we will dive into different topics and have lots of laughs (and, potentially, cries).
We are so happy and thankful to have you all here with us :)
Love y'all always
In this episode, Syd and Grace continue the conversation about women in our society as they talk with their roommate Katie - a guest you all know & love! Katie is a freakin' engineer with an amazing job and she discusses how her gender plays into her role in her career, as well as her role in society. Podcast we talk about is linked below!
The Man Enough Podcast: The Invisible Work of Women
Long time friend, Kelsey, joined Grace & Syd to start the conversation of being a woman and what we tend to do to try and prove ourselves to the world. Kels specifically talks about being a younger sibling in a family of nine kids and people's perceptions of her.
We (ironically) had a conversation with Sydney's lifelong friend about the value of conversation. Conversations can be difficult - with strangers, with significant others, with family members. When you don't see eye to eye, it's important to be open-minded and it's important to actually have the conversations!!
Give Kelly's episode a listen :)
P.S. She mentions Nadene Burke if you'd like to check her out!
For the first time ever, Grace & Syd have no outline for the show and just talk about their lives. Balancing school, work or whatever it is you're doing can be tough. but remember to take time to be around your best friend and laugh. As always, we love y'all!
