Mike Doehla helped over 50,000 clients reach their weight loss goals before selling his nutrition consulting company, Stronger U, and even in retirement, continues to help clients and coaches, alike.
Today he's joining me to talk about how to become a better food detective.

At 40 Mike officially retired after selling his nutrition coaching company, Stronger U. After becoming one of Americas fastest growing companies without paid marketing, hiring 100+ coaches, and helping people around the world lose more than a million pounds, he felt his job was done and it was time for change.
Now, a married full-time dad of two girls, Mike shares his wisdom and experience with the industry to continue to improve the lives of others and help raise the bar.

That's exactly why I brought today's guest, Meal Planning expert, Kathy Davis, to the show!
In today's episode we cover the differences between meal planning and prep, the simplest way to make sure you actually follow through on your plan, and so much more!

Kathy operates on two primary mottos: 1) Eat More Plants and 2) Intention over Perfection.
She founded the Meal Plan Accountability Club to help others become efficient and effective meal planners.
