Welcome to episode 6 of the Toaster Squadcast! The Squad starts things off with a recalling of our favorite Pokemon games. J moves the conversation along to art styles in video games. Tyler wants to know how everyone feels about video game reviews. Lastly, the Squad plays a DICE Game Awards guessing game.

This episode, Tyler wants to know our thoughts on game reviews, Justin asks us how we feel about games changing their art style, Christian wonders what our favorite Pokemon game is, and Darren makes the squad play a Dice Awards guessing game. For the 5th episode of the Toaster Squadcast the boys are facing a new challenger. By this we mean a new friend, Christian, is joining the Squad. The boys start by discussing joke characters and their place in games. This segues us into our favorite characters. Afterwards, Darren is talking strategy games. To wrap everything up, we drop some DLC knowledge.

After a little break the Toaster Squadcast is back in action. VR is a hot topic in gaming, so we decide tackle the subject. We follow VR up with a discussion on game remakes, and series that deserve a golden touch. We wrap the topics up with a look at video game power ups.

J starts the off with some theory crafting. He wants to know why the Project M team closed. Darren moves us along with a discussion on porting games from older generations to newer ones. Tyler wraps the show up with a movie to game conversion fest.

I’d like to apologize for my inattentiveness during this episode and its abrupt ending. It’s bothered me since it was released. Inconsiderate roommates are the worst, but that’s no excuse on my part. Hopefully it isn’t too bad on your (the listener) end. -Darren

We manged to keep everything taped together long enough to bring you a second episode. J begins the show with a discussion on the latest character to be added to Smash 4, Cloud (FF). From there, Tyler wants to know how we believe games affect people’s physical and mental health. To round 3rd base, Darren brings up Fallout 4 for his early thoughts on the game. To wrap up the show, the Squad plays a prediction game revolving around the 2015 Game Awards.

The Squad starts by telling you guys a little about themselves, then get into the first topic. J wants to know what got everyone into gaming? For the 2nd topic Tyler asks if the input method affects gameplay. Darren wraps the topics up with a discussion on our most impactful moments in gaming. We then close the show out analysis of the League of Legends preseason changes.
