"The Difference" radio show - a replay from 1996. "The Difference" was a nationally syndicated radio show hosted by Todd Rundgren in the late 90's. The show consists of music from all kinds of different musicians. This is a replay of one of those shows and this one is mainly Blues music!

Michael is the drummer for Todd's concert gigs this December 2007.

One of his first gigs was as a member of Bourgeois Tagg, a 1980s band that was fronted by Brent Bourgeois and Larry Tagg and included Lyle Workman as the guitarist. They had moderate success with their second album, Yo-Yo, which was produced by Todd Rundgren, and featured the Top 40 hit, "I Don't Mind At All." When Bourgeois Tagg split, Michael, Larry, and Lyle recorded and toured with Todd Rundgren for his Nearly Human Tour.

He is perhaps best known today for being drummer for pop rock group Smash Mouth.
