For many years, on any given night, sometimes multiple nights, you can find Terry in any venue, supporting the musicians here in Lubbock. We sit down to discuss Terry's love for the Lubbock live music scene, and his unconditional obligation to Lubbock music. We chat about Terry's spiritual travels in the early years and living in Ashrams. We delve a little bit into Terry's career as a drug counselor & just how big his heart is when it comes to humanity. Of course Terry shares with us some stories from the days of the early years! Truly a conversation for the books, and a real treat for me!

On todays episode, I welcome into the studio Bruce Bussell. Bruce is the brains behind Nicks Shaved Ice Paradise in Lubbock, Texas. Bruce is a special eduction teacher by trade. He is also the father of a special needs child. Bruce decides in his retirement, that he and his son Nick, will open a shaved ice business. The business focuses on hiring kiddos, teens and young adults with special needs. It truly is a beautiful story of a father, his son and their small business!

Today I welcome into the studio Jeremy Couture. Jeremy is a Lubbockite. Jeremy is also a classically trained musician from Texas Tech University. Majoring in Cello Performance. That in itself, I find intriguing. So I thought I would invite him in to chat about music. We discuss his intensive education, performing music live, and what it is like to audition for a major symphony or orchestra. We get into a music wormhole for sure! Jeremy has major ambition and I think you can hear that in this conversation. A very insightful conversation for myself. I learned lots about being a string instrumentalist.
