In this episode, I'm talking about language learning and how to release pressure & making it a fun and exciting journey. Language learning can be a perfect example of the "Achievement Trap" aka putting pressure onto yourself, believing that you need to do more, comparing your progress to others, etc. I share a bit of my journey about discovering what truly lights me up, especially in the beginning stages of when I was recovering from anorexia. I also share some of my experiences with studying Japanese and Korean. Also, that perfectionism is getting you nowhere, except for feeling stuck, suffering and struggling. Speaking of perfectionism, I didn’t cut out some mistakes :-) Towards the end, I’m giving you some hacks on how you can use conscious manifestation for your goal: fluency or better said, native level in your TL (Target Language), so I encourage you to stay here ‘till the end ☻
If you enjoyed this episode, please give it not only a high 5 but a 5✩ rating & review it on Spotify & Apple Podcasts. Feel free to share it on social media, so that others who might struggle with their self & body image, mental health (& manifestation) could benefit and know that they're not alone. Thank you! ⠀
