You are moving into higher consciousness, so it is very important to prepare your physical bodies. Fasting will help cleanse your body of toxins and allow more energy for upgrading your neurological and glandular systems. You also need a great deal of rest now to assimilate the energies that are clearing away your karma.

Rapid, powerfully-cleansing upgrades are now occurring within Gaia, humanity, and all life on Earth. This cleansing is global and deep. It is necessary to bring Mother Earth and humanity into alignment with fifth dimensional frequencies, and to prepare you for the Grand Event we have spoken of. You are moving into higher consciousness, so you need to ready yourselves. But gently, with self-love; be gentle with yourselves, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. 

It is very important at this time to prepare your physical bodies. We discussed diet last week, including AVOIDING MEAT and ALCOHOL. TOBACCO is also very harmful, as it lowers one’s vibration multidimensionally. It is now important for you to fast, ideally—at this time—for about 16 hours a day. Eating a late breakfast and an early dinner will accomplish this. This does not need to be every single day, but as often as you can for the time being. Listen to the spirit of this, not the letter of it,  as some people have issues, for example with blood sugar. Just do the best you can. Getting accumulated toxins out of your body is very important right now, and fasting will help with this cleansing. It will also allow energy that is normally used for your digestive and metabolic processes to be re-purposed toward upgrading your neurological and glandular systems. 

Your bodies need a great deal of rest right now in order to assimilate the energies that are clearing away your karma. Please allow yourself to honor that need. It also will be helpful to avoid low-vibrational and negative situations, both at a large and small scale. There are some of you who are still functioning in very low-vibrational life and work situations. We remind you that it’s OK to leave those situations, you will be fine. Remember, your natural state is unconditional love, and that highest vibration includes unconditional abundance. If you leave a job that does not resonate with you anymore, the only way you will not be OK in terms of your finances is if you engage in that process from a place of fear. So please feel free and safe to do what you need to do. 

Choose to feel the beautiful, exhilarating gift of your process. Your HigherSelf is asking you to cast aside what has been, so that you may receive a new higher perspective. 2020 through 2022 is, and will be, a time of the most profound shifts ever on this planet. You are breaking free from the chains of your civilization. People around the world are waking up and speaking out. The ascension of MotherEarth—and of those humans who choose it—is a done deal. 

So remember that nothing of what you see happening around you is as it appears to be. Objectively observe it without becoming emotionally or mentally involved with it. No reaction, no interpretation, no analysis. Trying to use your mind to understand will only re-create in your consciousness your old habits of treating third dimensional appearances as reality. Once you rise above appearance and stay centered in your heart at higher vibration, you will understand from fifth dimensional experience, from the impartial perspective of the present moment.

It is necessary for you to consistently sustain your intention to exist in complete harmony and love with everyone and everything, from a place of non-judgment. Distance yourselves from people who do not embrace harmony, and remove yourselves from situations, jobs, and relationships that are not in harmony. 

In order for the human collective to shift to a fully enlightened state, to be part of the galactic family of ascended civilizations, it is necessary for all who can hear this message and other such messages to move into a place of harmony with all people, all beings, all of creation. Harmony springs naturally from unconditional love and it’s rainbow of highest frequencies: gratitude, kindness, joy, acceptance. Without harmony, there is division, which reestablishes third-dimensional habits of duality and division, both in your own consciousness and that of the collective. 

Make harmony and love the most important qualities in your lives. Consistently maintain your intention, day to day, to exist in complete harmony and love with everyone and everything. This does not mean you need to agree with everyone and everything, but it does mean honoring their divine essence and staying in a place of non-judgment. You will know as you approach a state of true harmony and love, because nothing will bother you! You will remain imperturbable, regardless of events or what people do or say. 

Self-love is central too. It is a big deal for so many of you now to completely put aside all habits that are contrary to self-love. Put aside forever—with gratitude, relief and joy—all those old feelings of guilt, unworthiness, self-judgment and self-doubt. You never again need to be sorry for anything, for what you’ve done or did not do. You never again need to hold onto old feelings of hurt, blame or discord. Those old habits and perceptions were born of separation and duality. They have NO truth and never did. 

At a practical level, it is so important now to do your best to remain in harmony within yourselves and in your relations, actions and speech. It is necessary now to distance yourselves from all people who do not seek to embrace harmony in their lives, and to remove yourselves from any places, situations, institutions, jobs, and relationships that are not existing in harmony. You have no obligation whatsoever to remain where harmony does not prevail. Exit situations and relationships without fear.

If someone tries to harm you or they criticize you, wish them well. Do not react in a way that brings their energy and delusion into your reality.

Humanity is getting close to the Great Awakening, and with that there will be the Great Divide. The ascension energies here are getting so powerful and so pervasive that those who do not resonate in accordance with these highest frequencies of unconditional love, compassion, and cooperation will be going elsewhere to proceed with their evolution. Out of their fear, anger, judgment and arrogance, many such people will eventually create sickness for themselves and pass away to continue their paths on a dimension more in keeping with their vibration. This is simply a matter of energy. We remind you of this to stress to you that those who do not wish to embody harmony, and truly make every effort to do so, will remain mired in third-dimensional energies. The outcome of your evolution depends completely on whether you choose to love all beings without differentiation or judgment, each day and each moment, or you do not choose this.

When in doubt about anything, just default to love. It’s easy, it’s your natural state. The pristine clarity of Divine understanding and purpose that springs from your love is opening the way for your ascension into higher consciousness and your new reality of unconditional love, cooperation and joy.

Your Higher Self is your awake and functional Source consciousness. We discuss Higher Self as a distinct aspect of you, but it has in no way ever actually been separate from you. Higher Self is now an ever-present aspect of both the physical and subtle energy bodies of Light workers, manifesting anew within each of you. You are all, in some way, reaching a new, higher expression of yourselves. If you allow it, your emerging, naturally higher awareness will be guiding you. Higher Self is in the process of reestablishing itself as primary in your every aspect and expression on your consciously higher path. 

Your Higher Self is your divine nature, your Source self, true self, the higher frequency you. This is now the predominate energy of your body and soul. One function of your Higher Self now is to bring up for you whatever you need to move through on your path into higher consciousness. Higher Self is serving up to you whatever you need to experience, acknowledge and release in order to move you beyond your old habits. This process will be uncomfortable for many of you for awhile, but your Higher Self will not be putting you through your experiences if you could not handle them, grow from them, and move beyond them. 

In these profoundly changing times, your Higher Self is bringing up stuff for you to release because your time of self-created suffering within the 3-D ways of separation is rapidly passing. Sometimes dishing up for you what is uncomfortable or painful is the best way—sometimes the only way—to move you out of the habits, beliefs and perceptions by which you created your discomfort and pain in the first place. Trust that your Higher Self knows what it’s doing. Your Higher Self wants you to experience the new, higher you, and to live within your natural flow of all expressions of unconditional love: abundance, joy, peace, cooperation, unity, and boundless love. 

Something being brought up for most Lightworkers is the habit of judging by appearances, frequently followed by the habit of reacting to those appearances in some way. Anything you experience as external to yourself is nothing but a reflection of your habitual mind, your habits of perception and reaction, your karma. Everything that you perceive and experience to be outside of you is a reflection of what is inside of you. The turmoil you see outside of you is the turmoil that yet remains within you. This is what is coming up for you to move beyond: the turmoil within and your habit of making that real to you. Let go of it all. 

It is how you respond to and treat others in these shifting times that will largely determine your consciousness. As you proceed on your higher path, do your best to not judge or react to those who are on a different path. You do not need to associate with people whose energies you find uncomfortable or discordant with your own. Just live your truth and let others do the same. You are not better or more evolved than anyone else. You are simply in a different state of consciousness than most others at this time. It is how you be in these shifting, ascending times that allows you to move through these times into higher states of consciousness.

A great many lightworkers are engaged in some way in what they believe to be the pursuit of Twin Flame. Twin Flame is absolute balance, the highest expression of pristine balance; its origin was love mirroring love. But since the fall of Atlantis, no one on this planet has experienced twin flame connection—it’s not possible because that frequency of absolute unconditional love and union could not exist on this planet. Twin Flame connection will flow naturally from your ascension. Such connection, rejoining, pristine union, is your natural way in higher consciousness. Those seeking Twin Flame are seeking love and purpose from outside yourselves, a need for love that became overwhelming once humans took on duality. To seek Twin Flame in that way carries within it those ancient habits and needs. Twin Flame connection will never happen from needing or seeking or meeting the right person, it will flow naturally from your ascension. If you’re in a place of seeking anything from outside yourself — but mostly worth, love, definition — you are creating the energy in your consciousness to stay there; you have decided to stick around in this dualistic experience. When you stay in your old desires, the result is that you stay where you are. Now is the time for bold choices, with absolute self honesty, without self-judgment. Do not judge that which you let go, or yourself. Remember, any experience you have of anything or anyone can only be a reflection of your own consciousness, the energies that still reside within your consciousness, those vibrations that to some degree are still there. Follow your own heart. This is a moment-by-moment process; each moment you are reborn anew. At this point, know that for a while what you experience as inner knowing will be mixed with some of your old stuff, what's still in your consciousness—hopes, fears, beliefs in this and that. Hope is just the flip side of fear.

Ask yourself: what if you really are ready to leave behind everything in the 3rd dimension and have your consciousness move to higher realms? On a practical level, this movement requires both your complete reunion with highest self, and a quiet mind... being in the now, absent any 3rd dimensional engagement.

Wherever you think you are on your spiritual path, ask yourself a rhetorical question: what if you really are ready for your consciousness to move to higher realms? Ready to leave behind everything in the 3rd dimension: your old tools, perceptions about spiritual growth, analysis, beliefs, and habits.

One necessary aspect of moving beyond duality is complete reunion of your highest aspects with the rest of you—what you've come to understand over thousands of years in duality as you. (We encourage you to listen to some of the earlier teachings on highest self. Everything is clear now for your conscious reconnection with highest self. Intend to follow that higher knowing in your day-to-day life; it already knows everything at every level. 

Another rhetorical question: what if you're truly ready to leave behind spiritual or religious understandings, contracts, vows and undertakings? You made these in the 3rd dimension, but the very fabric of that is gone, so leave these behind along with everything else 3rd dimensional. Explicitly or implicitly, religions taught you spiritual unworthiness, that there’s something wrong with you.  An important aspect of reconnection with highest self is loving and accepting yourself, no longer being guilty or disapproving of what you perceive as your earthly, 3rd dimensional you.

A practical aspect of moving your consciousness to higher frequency is a quiet mind. There’s no 3rd dimensional engagement in quiet mind, consciously or unconsciously: no thoughts or emotions as you are accustomed to experiencing them 3rd dimensionally, no analysis or worry, no past or future, no ceaseless activity of mind. There’s simply being in the present moment, in the now. Your consciousness will only ever experience higher dimensions when you’re truly in the now. There isn’t much of an opening otherwise. So look for times in your day suitable for practicing being in the moment, such as shampooing your hair, washing dishes, or walking down the street. The simple meditation of watching your breath can be applied here: focus your attention on something—be it breath or something else—and if mind kicks in just return to what you’re doing.  Mind is not bad or good, it’s just habit. Your brain, five senses, and all the habits, understandings and beliefs you acquired in duality were all very handy tools that allowed you to function and survive in the 3rd dimension. But they are not only no longer useful, they’re detrimental to your return to full consciousness. Just one second of being in the now, quiet mind, is far more powerful than any effort you’ve made before. One moment of being in the now, of pouring forth unconditional love for the highest benefit, or intending to once again experience compassion so deeply that there is instant recognition of your oneness with all beings. Also with quiet mind, if you wish, you can have conscious and much more direct connection and communication with us.

Be in a state of inner peace with whatever you're seeing or experiencing—it is divine expression playing out. Let go of how you think things ought to be; that often isn’t what Source would like, and the deeper truth lies beyond you at this point. The true energy of worry is helplessness; move beyond it by going for the love that’s beneath it. 

When we say “go with the flow”, we mean divine flow: being in a state of harmony, a place of inner peace, with whatever situations, appearances or experiences appear to be happening. Recognize that whatever you're seeing or experiencing is divine expression playing out according to the minds and levels of consciousness of those around you. Also, at this point, your own karma, beliefs, and understandings generated, acquired and accepted over countless lifetimes in the 3rd D. 

Be willing to let go of your perception of what you want, what you think would be best for you or someone else or the world, no matter how right it seems. Often what’s happening is not in accordance with what you think ought to be or what you want, but that often isn’t what Source would like for you. Your oneness with all that is is in a ceaseless state of offering you ways to experience what would be helpful in your return to full consciousness. For example, let go of concern for the environment. This doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be concern for the environment, but your deeper truth of whatever that is lies beyond where you are at this point. It is an important part of your ascension process to nurture the willingness to put aside everything you perceive, believe or understand. As long as you stay engaged in whatever your deep belief is—in something generated and undertaken during your 3rd dimensional existence—that is where you will stay. An important part of letting go of old stuff requires putting brain aside and following your heart, inner knowing, natural way. 

Another human habit from duality that can make letting go and acceptance difficult is the human habit of worry, in the deepest, broadest sense. Worry has become subtly understood as a way of caring, virtue, and is used by society and religions for control and manipulation. The true energy of worry is helplessness, reinforcing a habit of perceiving oneself as separate. Worry provides the illusion of being there for someone or something by showing caring, compassion, engagement, identification with. But truly little of these energies are generated by being in a state of agitated concern and reaction. What’s beneath worry is true love, true caring. To move beyond worry in all its myriad manifestations, such as helplessness and fear—and to move beyond the reaction, energy, beliefs, etc that go with it—go for the love that’s beneath the worry. This applies to any worry.
