You need to see the old systems of separation and suppression for what they are, so that as free-will beings you can decide what to do. The old must be revealed and dismantled to make way for the new. You will not help either yourselves or humanity by continuing to hook into the old systems that are irreversibly crumbling.

You will be witnessing the disintegration of the old systems of separation and suppression so that a new, higher way of being may be born out of the ashes of delusion.In order for your new fifth-dimensional reality to take old, it is necessary that you see the old third-dimensional systems for what they are.Revealing and dissolving the old is part of the process of humanity evolving out of duality into higher consciousness.

At this stage, disclosure is not just being told the truth. It is you being shown the darkness in which you have been trapped and existed for time out of mind, so you may make the decision to step up and out of it. You need to see it and acknowledge it so that, as free-will beings, you can decide what to do. Disclosure at this point involves you taking responsibility for seeing and deciding. We promise you that theLight and the truth will prevail and the dark will be seen for what it is.Use your intuition to discern between what is light and what is dark. 

You are inextricably part of the dismantling of the old systems and the birth of the new. Hold this higher perspective, keep re-focusing on the bigger picture. This is what ascension in its transformative stages looks like. Be aware of where your energy is being pulled. When you become aware that you are being hooked into something, ask yourselves whether you want to be connected with that. 

Put your attention, intention and energy where you want them to be, and that will be what you create for yourselves. Let go of the old world and its duplicitous, conflicting ways. You will not be helping either yourselves or humanity by continuing to hook into the old systems that are irreversibly crumbling around you. The mass narrative is one of fear-based perception and reaction over what happens here and there, who wins this and loses that, being right and being wrong. 

If you find yourself pulled back into these old third dimensional paradigms, acknowledge it without judgment or self-judgment, and allow yourself to experience what it feels like. Allow yourself to feel the fear and loneliness that are inherent in third dimensional duality and perception. Then decide, if you wish, to finally leave it behind. As you let it all go, realign with your higher purpose, this Divine process of which you are a part. This will shift you into ever-higher states of awareness and being. Just keep at it. 

Your part in all of this is to put aside the world of appearances, rise above it, practice unity, and stay in love. It is very important now to stay self-contained energetically, centered and anchored in your physical bodies and hearts. This will help keep you balanced within yourselves and help keep you from connecting with the energies of chaos and fear around you. 

You, the leaders of this—the groundbreakers, the spearhead—you are finally breaking out of the matrix with your hearts, with love, kindness and compassion. So, just relax into being you, the joy of your own knowing. It is not possible for this ascension process to be reversed.

As a free-will being, everything for you now is choice. What you believe is choice. It is choice to fear and accept suppression. It is choice to let go, love, and behold the divine in all beings. It is choice whether you intend to exist in a state of love and oneness, or whether you continue to exist in a state of habitual perception and reaction. Day by day, moment by moment, it is choice. Choose to be one of the initial precious few who, through loving intention, are creating heaven on Earth. As often as you can, choose to rejoice in your shift to higher states of consciousness. Make your choices to let go, to love, to be a Lightworker and hold the Light. No worries: make your choices, declare your intentions, and then just do your best.
