Twelve basic indicators are provided to give you some idea of what 5D consciousness could look like. Among these are self-honesty and standing in your truth. Many are still rationalizing their compliance with deep state mandates. It is your choice, but it is not possible to bring such 3D behaviors into 5D consciousness.

Consciousness consists of energies that are experienced as beliefs, thoughts, perceptions and emotions, and the behaviors that result from these. It is by these self-generated energies that people create the realities they live and experience. Most of you who can hear these and similar messages are shifting into fifth-dimensional consciousness. At a practical level, we provide 12 basic indicators to give you some idea of what 5D consciousness could look like.

1. Non-judgment–you have moved beyond traditional perspectives of duality to see that everything is energy; there is no good or bad.
2. Being present–you are not residing in the past or thinking about the future, you are now present in each moment.
3. Mindfulness–you have created the habit of moment-to-moment self-awareness, objectively observing your mind without judgment or reaction.
4. Acceptance–you accept whatever is happening with you without judgment or reaction, and you accept others as they are without trying to change them. 
5. Compassion–you are aware that we’re all one and you are living from a place of unconditional love for all beings.
6. Living from your higher self–you’re beginning to live from your higher consciousness as it expresses itself through your body, heart, inner knowing, and intuition.
7. Surrender and trust–you’re following your truth, and you trust that. You trust that everything you’re going through is guiding you to release and go beyond, no longer resisting or attempting to control.
8. You are awake–you see and acknowledge the 3-D matrix you’ve been in and you are making your choices accordingly.
9. Personal responsibility–you are taking full responsibility for all of your experiences and emotions, no more being a victim.
10. Consciously creating your own reality–you are now consciously creating your own reality, moment by moment, through awareness, deliberate choice, intention, and feelings.
11. Self honesty–you have moved beyond habits of rationalization and denial. You have willingness to examine yourself without judgment so your actions in the world are an honest reflection of your truth.
12.Standing in your truth–you are now standing up for yourself and speaking your truth, with compassion.

We would like to speak more about standing in your truth. Many Lightworkers are still rationalizing their compliance with deep state mandates. It is your choice, but all of your choices are carrying you in one of two directions:  launching you into higher 5D consciousness or continuing to anchor you in lower 3-D consciousness. You cannot bring 3-D duplicity, energies, and behaviors into 5D consciousness, it simply will not work, it’s a matter of energy. You cannot detach from the third-dimensional field of consciousness if you’re continuing to go through the motions of obeying the lower-vibrational, manipulative and duplicitous demands of the dark state. Self-honesty is required here.

The next major event (influx of transformational ascension energies) coming up—no information on timing can be provided—is sometimes called the Compression Breakthrough. It will be the start of a profound shift in frequency in the human collective. On the physical plane, a great many changes to earth systems will shift into high gear and be quite apparent and visible.

One term used to describe these times that humanity is currently experiencing is Kali Yuga, which refers to the end of the dark times (separation, duality, 3D existence), and the rebirth of higher consciousness (5th dimensional existence) on earth. A temporary aspect of these ascending times is the prevalence of duplicity and false information, both for profit and to keep the consciousness of humanity low. This is true of many of the devices, pendants and other items marketed as being of benefit to you.

Without change, you cannot evolve out of 3-D consciousness into 5D and beyond. How you choose to experience your changes will very powerfully affect your evolution to higher consciousness. Accept and welcome change as opportunities. Put aside the need for approval. Don’t compromise your truth to fit the expectations and wishes of others.

You are an evolving consciousness. Evolution is growth, and it occurs through change. Human 3-D habit is to perceive change as a negative thing, as threatening, destabilizing. It will be immensely helpful to you to shift your perspective of change, especially regarding those changes that are unplanned. You have a choice: will you be conscious or unconscious in how you experience change? Recognize that whatever changes you’re going through are an opportunity to evolve into higher consciousness. The myriad changes you’re experiencing are to further your evolution as a human being, out of 3-D consciousness into 5D and beyond. You change in order to grow and evolve. Without change, humanity, you, would remain stuck in 3-D habits of belief, trauma, and illusion. How you choose to experience your changes, both internal and external, will very powerfully affect your evolution to higher consciousness. You always have choice in how you view and experience an event or change, even external changes over which you have little or no control. Acknowledge that, at this point in your evolution, everything is for your highest benefit, regardless of how it may appear. Nurture the intention to accept and welcome change, and to even initiate change in your life.

As you experience the seminal shift in your consciousness and that of Planet Earth, it is important to be mindful of your state in each moment. It is difficult to change your beliefs, thoughts, behaviors, and emotional condition if you’re not aware of them in the moment, without judgment. The habitual state of 3-D consciousness is to move through life in ceaseless, unaware reaction to the habits of your mind. To change the inner map of your journey, you need to become self-aware of your beliefs, behaviors and ways of being so that you may change them. Without such change, there is no evolution to higher consciousness.

One of the greatest challenges for Lightworkers now is the fear of what others might think and feel about your decisions, you becoming a Lightworker and the ways in which you’re changing. This fear is often processed in the minds of Lightworkers as the fear of hurting their loved ones. We ask you to look at what is beneath such fears. You will find it extremely difficult to ascend out of 3-D consciousness if you cannot put aside the wishes of others and follow your heart completely and without reservation. How can you follow your truth if you compromise it to fit other people’s or society’s expectations for you?

For almost all Lightworkers, for the next bit of time, very few of your old acquaintances, family or friends are going to understand what you’re doing, let alone approve it. Nurture the willingness to put aside the approval and expectations of others. Put aside all concepts and values external to your own heart that will get in the way of your path. Live your path, whatever that is, to the best of your ability in each present moment. Be kind and loving in this process, but that doesn’t mean adhering to other people’s or society’s concepts of who or what you should be, or what love or duty is.

So many are waiting for external developments. 5-D reality on Earth is now. Your consciousness is a matter of YOUR frequency, not of those around you or the collective. All you have to do to exist at 5-TH dimensional consciousness is to be your true self, residing in your heart, existing from Higher Self and love.

So many Lightworkers are feeling more anxious, misunderstood, and exhausted than ever before. While some of this is due to your own old 3-D energies coming up for you to feel and release, much of the heavy or unpleasant energies you’re experiencing right now is due to the fear and uncertainty prevalent in the human collective consciousness. When you feel this heaviness, don’t give it credence or buy into it. Instead, have the intention to come from unconditional love for yourself, humanity, and this amazing human experience.

Now is the time to learn how to keep your heart open and flowing with love, compassion and kindness, even as you are experiencing the heaviness and confusion of what the collective is believing and doing. Instead of focusing on or believing the density and apparent darkness of the collective, focus on your empathy and love for both the human collective and individuals, regardless of how different their paths may be. You are here to reunite all of the seemingly disparate aspects of the human collective into the consciousness of one heart beat, while respecting the free will and expression of each individual within that collective oneness.

Put aside your habit of needing to know what’s going to happen. When you’re thinking or worrying about what’s going to happen, or trying to understand what’s coming, your thoughts and worries are rapidly manifested in the universe. And it only re-creates your 3-D habits of struggle and uncertainty. The only truly effective way to move through this part of your journey is to do your best to stay in the present moment, with acceptance and non-reaction, and to stay centered in your heart in unconditional love and compassion.

If you really want to speed up the process of ascension, think unceasingly, as often as you can, that Earth is now a perfect planet and that all of humanity is at peace, emanating and experiencing only love. Do this and it will become your reality. Your consciousness and your experience of every thing is a matter of your frequency, your levels of LOVE, ONENESS, KINDNESS and COMPASSION. It is not a matter of the levels of consciousness of those around you. You ascending out of 3-D consciousness into your own fifth-dimensional reality creates a path—energetically, karmically, and by your example—for others to follow if they choose.

So many Lightworkers are waiting for developments of some kind before taking responsibility for their own paths, for something external to change—the great event, or disclosure, or for loved ones to awaken. Fifth dimensional reality on Earth is now.  All you have to do to experience higher consciousness now is to be your true selves. You ascending to fifth dimension reality means you existing at higher consciousness, residing in your hearts and love from Higher Self, regardless of the people or apparent realities around you. Now is the time to let yourself be you. Your fifth dimensional world will be one of your own making.

The reality of the third dimension is programming and mind control using fear and manipulation. People act not with free will but in accordance with their programmed beliefs. Humans must see and acknowledge this so they can leave behind the third dimension and make free-will choices to move into higher consciousness.

The reality of the third dimension is one of sustained, pervasive, external mind control at every stage of one’s life.Fear and manipulation are used to keep humanity down. All that you have been taught has been to perpetuate the fear, want and division of 3-D existence. The controlling aspects of 3-D existence have been sustained by deeply entrenched systems, including government, politics, finance, religion, education, medicine and pharmaceuticals. These systems perpetuate the lower consciousnesses and characteristics of the third dimension: fear, blame, conflict, competition, chaos, war, greed, control, power, and so on.

It is a necessary part of the ascension process for humans to see and acknowledge the 3-D matrix of fear and control so they can leave it behind and move into a higher way of being.The extent of the programming and mind control to which humanity has been subjected is almost beyond the capacity of a 3-D mind to grasp.However, the whole human collective is vibrating at much higher frequencies now, so even just a little movement into levels of consciousness no longer clouded by3-D perception makes people more able to see that they have been trapped in programming and control.

You are divine conscious creator, so it is up to you to decide to shift your consciousness out of the 3-D matrix of control and manipulation into 5D consciousness. To do so, you must first see and acknowledge what you’re shifting out of, and resolve it within yourselves. Do so without judging it or yourselves. It isn’t good or bad, it’s simply the nature of the third dimension and the experience of those who are temporarily trapped within it. Move beyond the imposed illusions of separation of self and other, blame, right or wrong, Democrat versus Republican, my country and their country.

Your true, higher state as Source Being has always been to have free will. However, as a human being existing in the third-dimensional illusion of separation and polarity, you really have not had free will. People are taught they’re acting from free will, but their 3-D mind control has been so absolute, they have been acting only in accordance with their programmed beliefs. This is clear for those who have awakened from their deep 3-D programming. Once you see that, and decide to move your consciousness from that into love and unity, you move into a place of claiming your sovereignty and truly exercising your free will.

Each time you make a free-will choice to move into higher consciousness, you are inexorably moving your consciousness, and that of the collective, out of the 3-D matrix. Make your choices irrespective of duplicitous efforts to force you to conform to the collective. At fifth-dimensional consciousness, there can be no external force telling you how to be or what to do. This is why an essential aspect of your ascension process is to move into your heart and claim your sovereignty and independence from anything or anyone not of your heart. Once you find your sovereignty as a divine being, you radiate that forth into the collective and into the cosmos. And no one can ever take that from you.

Your spiritual evolution to a new way of being, to a new Earth, is a done deal. You are simply watching it play out, as objective observers, within the collective consciousness of humanity and Mother Earth.

Everything you do in each moment, and the vibration at which you do it, creates a new energetic pathway, a new timeline, in your reality and in the future of the collective. This is why we can’t call the timing of events: the timing of your and humanity’s ascension, and all of the events and experiences along the way, is up to you. 

Timelines are what you—as an individual consciousness and as the human collective consciousness—create in each present moment. Reality is and can only be created and experienced in the here and now, in the present. Arising from each present moment are consequences or energy pathways created by what you generate in the here and now. Everything you do in this moment, and the vibrational frequency at which you do it, will create a consequence, a new energetic pathway, a new timeline in your reality and in the future of the collective.

You create a timeline corresponding to what you are emanating now. Timelines are dependent upon the frequency and vibration of those creating and experiencing them. Each moment of creation by YOU, and the collective, produces a new timeline. The energies of your actions, perceptions, beliefs, and so on—and the vibration at which you engage in them in each moment—creates the experiences and potentials in your next present moments. 

Everything you do in this instant will reverberate in your following moments, as consequences of that. So every choice, every belief followed or abandoned, every thought, every action, generates a timeline. This is true both individually and collectively. Timelines change, both individually and collectively, in accordance with the frequency being generated by the present. 

Your planet has moved up in frequency and jumped to a new, faster timeline, where energies and events will be accelerating, but in a gentler, less intense way than before. However, if the frequency of the planet drops, the timeline goes back to a frequency that matches that lower vibration and everything slows down. This is why there is no such thing as linear time. The future, as perceived in linear time, cannot exist because it is created in each present moment. 

This is why we cannot call the exact time of events. Each event and development will happen. Each of these events has a timeline and a specific date where it has to happen. However, these events are on timelines of the here and now, which have absolutely nothing to do with calendar dates or linear time as you know it. The timing of events always remains the same. What changes are the timelines that you and humanity create for yourselves. We cannot give you dates on when events will occur because it always depends on the timelines that you and humanity are creating with your vibration. 

The timing of your and humanity’s ascension, and all of the events and experiences along the way, is up to you. If you vibrate in fear and compliance to that which is not your true nature, giving up your sovereignty and choice to those outside of you, then your lower vibration slows down your timeline. If you do your best to stay in love and keep nurturing compassion and empathy for all of your fellow beings, then you will create a timeline for both yourself and humanity that reflects those higher frequencies. One that is faster, easier, and more loving. It is by love that you create the timelines and the higher realities you want. Everything you do in each moment, and the vibration at which you do it, creates a new energetic pathway, a new timeline, in your reality and in the future of the collective.
