Season 3 Episode 29:In the rural town of Canadian, Texas, in 2016, the Thanksgiving holiday brought with it big questions, but no answers. Tom Brown was enjoying his senior year of high school, with plans of likely pursuing a broadcasting career. He and his friends were eagerly anticipating the Thanksgiving holiday and having time off to hang out, listen to music, and drive all over town. But the night took a drastic turn. After saying goodbye to his friends, Tom drove away to get home in time for curfew, however he was never seen again. His abandoned Durango was found the next morning in an area of town not many knew about, and it included a visible streak of blood. Fresh urine was just outside the driver's door. And most intriguing, a .25 caliber shell casing was found inside the truck. But what wasn't found, was Tom. The local sheriff's department took the lead, but it wasn't long until pushback from the citizens changed the course of the investigation. The personalities, egos, and theories of local deputies, private investigators, FBI, Texas Rangers, and the Attorney General's office, were all in a tussle to solve the mystery first. That is, until the AG's office suspended the case. But WHY?Tune in to Nightshift as Andrea Up Late and Brian Sanders comb through this case in two episodes. It isn't often this team gets quite so frustrated about a case, but it certainly happens here. Watch Nightshift live weekly on the Andrea Up Late YouTube channel.
