We talk about Barack Obama's DNC speech in which he stereotypes typical, white, factory workers, black mothers and some other folks. Then VB from WRKO joins us to discuss the instant demise of a sports broadcaster and how just a few words can explode a career. There is some useful Chinese food conversation, as well.

In case you missed the proper way to eat Chinese food:
1.grab a bowl. Line the bottom with crab rangoon
2.add a layer of pork fried rice
3.Pour one large container of hot chili oil over the top
4.pour one large container of hot mustard over the top
5.Smother all of that under molten-hot lobster sauce to the tippity top of the bowl.
Serves one.
(The hot lobster sauce activates the cream cheese in the crab rangoon)
Enjoy!
Excelsior!
