I’m in a hurry this morning. It’s day one of the Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers’ NovelRama – 25k in 4 days. I’m focusing on finishing Cape Grace. We’ll see how it works out.

I slept in. Did the walk and then had to make a grocery run. Hence the delayed post.

Pretty morning. Nice breeze.

I almost noped out of this morning but I strapped on the boots and got out anyway. As usual, I’m glad I did.

I musta needed it. I’m feeling better today.

Not sure what’s going on. I’m getting enough sack time, but I’m feeling like I’m not getting enough sleep.

That’s what I had today.

The meditation on “first mile” has rekindled a conversation I had with my therapist on Monday.

Can I do it every day this month, too? Will my ADHD sabotage me? Stay tuned, I guess.

I walked everyday and missed the talk only once because of excess user head space. On to August. Production note: I seem to have been mumbling a lot.
