It was not a very pleasant walk this morning. It wasn’t actually drizzling, but I got wetter than I thought.

NaNoWriMo day 2 that is. The story is ticking over but my meta-analytical brain reminds me that this isn’t going as well as Home Run – with the 40 sentence outline – did.

Yes. It snowed. It was still snowing when I set off on the trek. It had stopped by the time I finished. I talked about paperbacks. Again.

Into the fray. I talked about paperbacks, plans, and mental health (or lack thereof).

It started out dampish and ended up drizzling.

The overcast robbed the morning of its beauty, but the reduced light gave all the colors on the ground a much richer saturation. But it was cold and damp.
