Yesterday was challenging. Back on the horse this morning … well … sidewalk but you know what I mean.

A gray day. Chilly but I dressed for it.

At least for the walk. The day started too early and I’ve got almost nothing to show for it … except this walk

I left the plastic windbreaker behind this morning in favor of a light weight hoodie. I love my hoodies.

I slept in a bit this morning (well, got up extra early and took a nap) so I got out late this morning. It was shirt sleeve weather and I’ll make it a point to get out earlier tomorrow.

I talked a lot about a kerfuffle in the FB group this morning. It still peeves me.

I’m having a hell of a time staying on track today and it’s not even 9am.

I managed to get underway this morning and talked a lot about the McKee book. I apparently talked most of the walk, just looking at the waveform on the audio.

I forgot them again last night. Today’s ramble was rambling.

I started it with a new journal and some new goals. Well, some of them are old goals. It’s complicated.
