Begin, again. Thanks, Dan Thompson, for the poke.

I always feel better when I get out earlier.

That’s what I get for waiting until after 9 to walk.

I’ll keep trying to get back on track until I make it.

The sky was kinda bleak, too. I didn’t talk much but at least I walked.

I’m back trying to re-establish the foundations again. New programming on my phone. Now I just have to pay attention to the prompts as they come up and – you know – actually do the things.

I’m trying to keep it together, but I’m just out of the groove. Re-grooving is underway.

It was a little late but I forced myself out anyway. I really need to get this foundation reestablished. Again.
