We had the pleasure of chatting with musician and all around positive tweeter Todd Carey. He's what you might call an 'up and coming artist' on a mission to bring good pop vibes to your ears. We've see Todd from afar work his guitar strings off trying to make it in the music business. Though he hasn't sold out Capital One Arena, yet one could argue he's a super star to his legion of authentic and active fans. Todd has a constant conversation with his peeps online and they've shared so much life over the last twenty years. Never give up, Todd Carey sure as heck hasn't.

This heart warming story of a small dog, Lemon, gone missing for almost a week in wooded area in West Virginia and the Lemon's mom, Andy Mucino, mission to find her. We love the ending of this story.

The sounds of drums, horns and woodwinds filled JK Moving and CapRelo's massive Loudoun County warehouse as we kicked off their annual team meeting. Tommy caught up with the Marching Knights from John Champe High School about their band, musical influences and bass clarinets. JK Moving and Caprelo celebrated "what matters most," their incredible people.

Jillian Copeland's family couldn't find a school to meet her son's special needs, so she built one. Thirteen years later the Copeland's are building an apartment complex for the same reason. Main Street in Rockville is an inclusive, community-centered residential development –  the first of its kind in the Washington Metropolitan Area – where 25% of the apartments are designed and designated for adults with disabilities. This incredible place also hosts Main Street Connect where all of the community of all abilities can come together.

Kelly gives a try at ice hockey at Washington Capitals Media Day hosted at Medstar Iceplex. Caps PR team invited members of the media to experience a day in the life of a Caps Player with drills on the ice, coaching from the staff (including Olympian Haley Skarupa) and wrapping up the afternoon with an actual game. Courtney Laughlin a commentator for the Caps and friend of Kelly and Tommy's as well as an incredible hockey player shares the experience of that day.
