Here's something I have never said out loud.

I spoke to one of the most ethereal beings I have ever met.

Toni Jones. 

Toni infuses words of affirmation with mesmerizing and trance-like beats that speak to your soul. She is the QUEEN of AFFIRMATION MUSIC and I was first introduced to her by one of my Say It Out Loud group members, Alex Davis. 

I remember listening to Toni while taking a bath and immediately tagged her in my Stories and sent her an audio note in her DM's requesting her presence on my podcast. 

I don't play around. 

She said yes. And here we are today. Toni and I sat down and we talked about her journey of artistry, self-healing and the powerful benefits of affirmations and self-talk.
