I recorded this a few days ago, but just couldn’t get around to posting it today.  No reason beyond busy/lazy. 😉 Hope everyone is doing well and working toward any goals that you’ve set. Give me a shout if you are listening.

It’s been a while, but I’m still here. Weigh-in two days ago has me at 371.6. Thanks for joining me on this journey.

Later and longer than I thought this would be, but also haven’t been this “true” in an episode in a while. Down to 371.4.  One pound total since the last episode.

Going to shoot for Tuesday and Thursday releases starting next week. Weighed in at 372.4 this morning.  Down 1.2 lbs.
