Fear isn’t a stop sign—it’s a passenger.
In this episode, I talk about doing it scared. Not waiting for fear to disappear. Not numbing it. Recognizing it—and moving anyway.
I use my favorite TV show, Courage the Cowardly Dog, as the perfect example. Courage was terrified all the time… yet he still chased monsters, faced danger, and saved the people he loved.
He didn’t feel ready.
He didn’t feel confident.
He did it scared.
And so can you.
Key Takeaway
You don’t need less fear.
You need more action with it.
Do it scared. 💥

As we head into 2026, this Fast Friday episode is a reminder that consistency beats intensity—every time.
Drew breaks down how to create a sustainable gym regimen that actually fits real life, not just perfect days. Instead of chasing long or intense workouts, the focus is on showing up more often—no matter the time duration—and building momentum that lasts.
This episode also covers how to know when to push yourself harder versus when to adjust the plan without quitting, so you can avoid burnout while still moving forward.
Finish the week strong, head into the weekend with a smile on your face, and remember:
Thrive. Don’t survive.

We honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day, but the truth is—we don’t need a calendar reminder to celebrate greatness. Black history, impact, and excellence deserve recognition 365 days a year.
This episode centers on a powerful truth: sometimes you only need one person to truly see you, believe in you, and pour into you for everything to change. One voice can unlock your sense of worth.
We also tap into Kai Cenat’s recent journey into reading and personal development as a reminder that growth is a daily choice. The goal is simple—be better tomorrow than you were today. Simple math.
Don’t be afraid to go against the grain. That’s often where growth begins.

2026 is the year to stop waiting and start taking ownership. In this episode, we talk about why responsibility creates opportunity and how the energy you put into the world determines what comes back to you.
If you want more trust, more leadership, and more access, you have to move like someone who can carry it — before you’re asked.
Energy precedes opportunity. Ownership builds trust. Show up like it matters, because it does.

I’m still recovering from that butt kicking the Indiana Hoosiers handed us last Friday night—but the show must go on. We’ve gotta bounce back.
More importantly, we’ve gotta get the week rolling the right way. Bring the juice.
Those goals and resolutions you set on January 1st—how are they going?
What have you actually done?
How are you staying on track?
Don’t give in—give it all. Be specific. Be measurable. From start to finish.
2026 will be a great year for those who put in the work. Let’s go.

From the first snap, it was clear this College Football Playoff matchup had a different feel. The Indiana Hoosiers came out looking like a well-oiled machine—locked in, physical, and in complete control—handing the Oregon Ducks a tough beatdown on the biggest stage 56-22.
Props to Indiana for the execution and intensity. And credit to Oregon for a magical season that shouldn’t be defined by one game. The foundation is strong, the future is bright, and sometimes the loudest lessons fuel the next leap forward.

In this episode of Too Good To Be Drew, I’m celebrating my January 4th birthday weekend the only way I know how—gratitude, reflection, a little gloating (because yes… Capricorns are the best ♑️).
I break down how I celebrated turning 37, why birthdays are built-in checkpoints, and how the new year isn’t about hype—it’s about alignment, focus, and follow-through.
I also share the four things I asked for this year—to help guide how I move, choose, and show up in this next chapter.

In this episode, I reflect on the books I read in 2025—the ones that stretched my thinking, sharpened my leadership, and deepened my love for reading. I share a few standouts worth adding to your list, why they mattered to me, and how each one showed up in real life, coaching, and conversation.
More than a recap, this is a challenge. As we head into 2026, I’m championing the habit of reading with intention—setting goals, finding your rhythm, and building a real relationship with books that fuel growth, curiosity, and clarity.
Whether you’re restarting a reading habit or leveling it up, this episode is your nudge to pick a book, turn the page, and commit to becoming a reader—not just someone who reads.
Quality over Quantity. One page at a time.

In this Christmas Eve reflection, I talk about gratitude during the holiday season—slowing down, taking stock, and appreciating the people and moments that carried us through the year.
From gratitude, the conversation turns into a call to action for men:
Mentorship doesn’t require perfection—just presence and consistency. Too many young men are navigating life without guidance, and this season is a reminder that showing up matters.
Gratitude is powerful, but it means more when it leads to action.
This episode challenges you to reflect—and then step up.
