  • #29: Coming out isn’t easy, but it feels great to stretch your wings and fly. Frankie Tankie
Our special guest Frankie Tankie is back for part 2 of his incredible life story. We discuss his path of his alcoholism and addiction since starting to drink at age 15. Part of his behavior came from him growing up in a very conservative family and trying to learn to accept himself being gay. He tells us that he came out at age 21 and how free he felt after he told his family. But after coming out as gay he now had to learn how to fit in the gay world as a former ugly duckling.
He shares that his life was getting out of control so much that he wanted to die. He went to rehab and mourned his former life for 2 weeks and then everything changed and he became a sober person. He teaches us the difference from being a person that doesn’t drink to truly being a sober person. We once again learn that you are only as sick as your secrets. We talk about Frankie’s friendship with Alyssa Edwards. Then we discuss his newly founded The Lonely Hearts Foundation which is dedicated to getting people into recovery. It is specifically geared towards victims of domestic abuse, people with addictions in need of in patient treatment and the homeless.
He tells us that it is so lonely to be invisible, and and evil manifests itself in lonely hearts and his mission is to have no more lonely hearts. Gabrielle is rarely speechless but Frankie managed to make all the Too Posh Girls speechless with his powerful testimony and his purpose and mission. He wants us to spread the word that addicts are not bad people, but they suffer from physical traits of substance abuse disorders. He tells us that it helps his own sobriety to help others.

He provides an array of services like Foster Care, etc. The goal is to keep individuals with special needs from being institutionalized and to create a safety net for these vulnerable people. He tells us how he formed deep relationships with his clients when he used to be their case worker. He owns 3 offices in the State of Texas. The company is called Ahora y Siempre, Inc.
All his offices are in the middle of downtown, which is a strategic message as they usually get pushed aside and he wants to make sure they are not forgotten. We then talk about the Pride Parade with Alyssa Edwards aka Justin Johnson from Ru Paul’s Drag race and the fun we all had there. • #26: Say NO MORE to Domestic Violence. We welcome back Valerie Wilhelm and introduce Elizabeth Rose
The Too Posh girls bring back Valerie Wilhelm because of a terribly violent, domestic abuse incident that shook up Dallas. We also welcome Elizabeth Rose as a special guest. We then talk about Jarod Broussard who is caught beating, choking, kicking and repeatedly smashing his girlfriends head against a brick wall. The victim made excuses and tried to protect her abuser even though she was bloodied, lost teeth and had a concussion, among other injuries.
Jarod Broussard got arrested because how brutal and vicious the attack was, but we are wanting laws changed, because this happens daily to women and if they do not have video their abuser never even gets in trouble. We find this unacceptable and are going to meet with a congressman and try to get some laws changed. Valerie and Marcella discuss how speaking out and bringing darkness to light is the most important change – one story at a time. One victim at a time.

  • #25: Stop asking why I am still single, I don’t ask why you are still married. The one and only Amanda Murdock
The beautiful Queen of Dallas Amanda Murdock is back and we start the show very calm about Trauma Bonding. That doesn’t last long and the girls start discussing their obsession with Halloween and all the sexy costumes. We then start talking about when Gino and Whitley will get engaged. This leads to a discussion about Amanda and Marcella not being married yet and not having children at this point. They rant about the pressures they have to deal with, with questions from everyone around and even strangers.
Then we explore dating stories with Amanda, which are very entertaining to say the least. One dating story in particular is very disturbing when the guy turns out to be a sexual predator and registered pedophile that targeted Amanda. Amanda gets very upset that people use LinkedIn as a dating site. At this point everything gets a bit out of hand, where everyone had too much champagne and all the girl talk that comes with that. There is some hilarious banter that you shouldn’t miss. AND in this case there is a lot of Dallas gossip involved. When things calm down a bit we talk about Amanda’s job as a medical sales rep and conclude the show with the fact that Marcella and Amanda and their Kings of Dallas at the time used to be featured on Hot chicks with Douchebags.

  • #24: Life is too short to date a douche bag. Meet the amazing Amanda Murdock
This show is a MUST LISTEN. We welcome Dallas’s one and only Amanda Murdock. Amanda talks about being adopted and growing up with a wonderful family and meeting her biological Mom and finding out that she also has a biological brother meeting him and loving and spoiling her nieces. Amanda, Marcella and Whitley start talking about sneaking out when they were teenagers. Amanda shares her sad story when her Mom got cancer and she moved to Oklahoma to take care of her.
Then we get into how Amanda moved to Dallas because she fell in love with a guy and the Dallas Nightlife. Amanda met Marcella at the same club her boyfriend was a bouncer and Marcella was a Go Go Dancer called Zouk, Dallas. We then refer back to Episode 15, when Marcella shared her abusive boyfriend story and that leads us to learning that Amanda dated an abusive boyfriend who actually was the ORIGINAL KING OF DALLAS. We then learn that he was the one that brought Marcella’s ex into this pretend Dallas Monarchy of Kings. Gabrielle wants to know all the qualifications it took to actually become a King of Dallas.
We learn that you had to be into, but not limited to steroids, cheetah hair, rhinestone belt buckles, side bitches, taking your shirt off in the club, standing on tables and swinging your shirt around etc etc. The main attraction to dating these royals was that you did not have to stand in line at the club. We then discuss that Amanda’s ex boyfriend was also very abusive and she is having a very hard time talking about it, because she is still protecting him.Speaking the truth is healing so Gabrielle asks Amanda more direct questions about the abuse and Amanda then does tell us that cheating, beatings, black eyes, choking etc were on the weekly menu. Police was never an option.
She talks about the one epic fight that led her to being hospitalized with a concussion and other injuries. After that she told her Dad and finally got away after 3 years of abuse and got her independence and became her own QUEEN OF DALLAS without the dreaded Kings. Her King however has apologized several times over the years and feels tremendous guilt about his actions and seems to be a changed man who is married and has 2 children.
Her advice to others is to leave immediately at the very first sign of any abuse or cheating. Gabrielle takes it one step further and tells everyone that if there is yelling or screaming or name calling or any disrespect at all, you leave immediately. No second chances. Marcella agrees and says that you cannot fix those actions and they will never change.

In this part 2 episode of when we got stood up by one of our models, Marcella shares her major epiphany she had about being a dance teacher whose heart was broken and thought she never wanted to teach again. • #22: Stop giving the same person different opportunities to disappoint you. The Too Posh Girls
The Too Posh Girls are sad to announce that they got stood up for the first time since they started their podcast by one of their models Lynnae. Instead of getting to interview Lynnae and her life story we talked about our Easter weekend. We went to Easter in the Park with www.fellowshipchurch.com after we enjoyed the amazing sushi at www.densetsu.com. We also spent some time at www.mexicansugar.com at Shops of Legacy East and enjoyed their jalapeno margaritas. On Easter Sunday we enjoyed our traditional Easter Brunch at the amazing www.fogodechao.com.
Then we discuss some hot topics especially the breakup of Jenna Dewan and Tatum Channing. This sparks a discussion about if it is possible to split up and stay friends after the break up. Marcella gets very passionate about an ex boyfriend that is loved by our family, but has chosen to not stay in touch and stay friendly with the family.
Our conversation comes back around to us being stood up, and the consequences for our model. We talk about pathological lying and that because of Lynnae’s consistent lies and having been given numerous chances, that this time she would no longer be able to be part of our company and would not be able to participate in our upcoming fashion shows that she was already booked for. We then talk a little bit about Gabrielle’s ex husband that also was a pathological liar and we talk about the book The people of the lie which everyone should read.
We end the show discussing that Lynnae has only been the second model that we sadly had to let go, because of ongoing issues. We discuss the first model that we had to fire, because she spread rumors about Gabrielle being a madam and pimping out her girls and asking photographers to take nude pictures of them, when nothing could be further from the truth. Lesson of this show – Do not lie, honor your commitments and try to be friendly after a break up.

Marcella, Whitley and Gabrielle discuss some negative feedback they have received on some past episodes and that they welcome constructive criticism but they will not tolerate disrespect and judgement of their guests who have been brave enough to share their stories. Then Marcella and Whitley get fired up about people judging others and they give sobering statistics about people who judge others and jealousy in general.
Then we talk about holding grudges and Marcella’s anger issues. We plan on having a remote podcast and going on a field trip to the Anger Room to redirect our frustrations. We discuss liars and the book the people of the lie and how we believe that Nicolette our guest from Episodes 12 and 13 has the biggest chance with her recovery as a drug addict because she is so honest and her honesty will help her heal and help others.
We talk about Marcella’s huge influence on her teen dance students and how much they love and trust her. We end the show with the 3 of us admitting we are hopeless party girls and how much fun we always have.
