The Penn State Nittany Lions got a visit from the Big Ten Network last night as part of the BTN Camp Tour. If you missed it, Blue White Illustrated is breaking down what the conference broadcasters discussed on the show last night. Reporter Greg Pickel will give you the highlights of what Dave Revsine, Jake Butt, and Gerry DiNardo had to say about their time in Happy Valley. Today's focus is on the national media's attention on Penn State because we'll also highlight the five Penn State players on Bruce Feldman's Freaks List, which came out on Monday. We'll discuss how those five players turn elite traits into elite production.

 Penn State gets a visit from the BTN Camp Tour 

If you missed it, we're recapping what the BTN crew had to say about the Penn State roster after they got to watch practice on Tuesday night inside Beaver Stadium. The team was in full pads for the practice. We'll discuss the biggest takeaways from the show, which aired last night and this morning on The Big Ten Network, including the impressions the group got from new Penn State defensive coordinator Jim Knowles. They also had a consensus on the team's roster and its caliber for this year. 

But the BTN Camp Tour isn't the only people who've seen Penn State training camp in the last week. Pickel was at media day, and we'll get his reactions from the event now that he's had a few days to digest the information. What stood out to him at practice? Who was his most interesting interviewee? We'll ask him. 

Freaks List 

Finally, we'll look at The Freaks List and discuss the five Penn State players on the rundown of the most athletic players in college football. We'll discuss how Zane Durant, Nick Singleton, Tony Rojas, Elliot Washington, and Khalil Dinkins can take their elite traits and turn them into elite production.
