The Toronto Raptors split a pair of weekend games -- a 109-97 NBA Cup win over the Atlanta Hawks and a competitive 130-120 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday -- that proved that this team isn't going anywhere in the Eastern Conference playoff race any time soon.
