It rewards us for behaviors which we find enjoyable and so tells us that they are worth repeating.

Total Rally Nation, what is going on?  On this week's episode of the podcast, we are going to be diving into our Part 2 of our supplement series talk!  We don't know how long we will do these talks, but for now, we hope you get some key takeaways from our supplement discussions.  We could spend much more time debunking a lot of the crap on supplements that is out there!

We also dive into what you should be eating post-workout and clear up some myths on the post-workout window.  The post-workout window is not an emergency and there's no hurry to get some nutrition in you right after a workout.  If you're eating properly before your workouts, then you should have several hours of time post-workout to get the right nutrition.  We clear this up on today's episode.
