Rally Nation, what is up?  Today, we have three special guests joining us on the podcast!  They are Rally Point Endeavors own teen Cross-fitters Tyler, Nate, and Shauna.  We wanted to bring them on the podcast to highlight them and give them the opportunity to speak on how doing Crossfit as a teenager has been a positive in their lives.  Crossfit training can help build an individuals mental resilience and emotional maturity and that is no different for the youth that comes into our facilities.

It was such a joy to have these three wonderful teens come on the podcast to share their stories and experiences!  They have their own teen community within the gym which has been amazing to see and we encourage them to keep doing so!
