  • Extreme Prejudice (1987)

Sailor and Kane review and recast the underseen and underrated Walter Hill's neo-western action film starring Nick Nolte and Powers Boothe, Extreme Prejudice from 1987. An absolute machismo explosion where just reading the plot synopsis and cast will put hair on your chest. We also get on a tangent about how certain tropes from movies have become engrained in our brain as real life.

Join us while we discuss this incredible cast and who we see which actors from today we cast in their place.

  • Heat (1995)
On our first episode of Total Recast, Sailor and Kane review and recast Michael Mann's 1995 classic crime thriller, Heat. We discuss the TV pilot Heat was spawned from and the iconic scene where two of the greatest actors of all time share the same screen for the first time ever. Plus we discuss this incredible cast that was so extensive we had to cut big-name actors by not recasting them and we still recast like 15 characters. Check out the episode, let us know what you think of our cast and who you would like to see play these characters from today's actors.
