Hans describes the changes he’s seen in the way content is produced, managed, and distributed in the past 25 years, along with how systems have changed to support new business models. He argues why publishing is the most innovative industry when it comes to content and we discuss the AI use cases that are gaining traction to increase productivity. We discuss the ethical frameworks that need to be in place for publishers considering adopting AI. And lastly, as ever, we ask Hans what one change would make him totally content.

Elisabeth Knulst and Matt Eaton talk to Paul Jackson, Senior Director of Asset Management at BMG, about his experiences managing music content.
