Another Prophecy Being Fulfilled?

There are still a few patients, say less than 5%, that know about the ancient prophecies about the sky and the oceans.10-13 There are some whose education was so mainstream that it was shaped by evil empires; empires that would go on to douse the sky with toxins that kill plankton, human brains, solar power, the ozone layer and our defense against powerful solar radiation. Sounds like a conspiracy, right?

Conspiracy Therapy

As more and more conspiracies are coming true, it became evident that I needed a way to help my patients take care of themselves no matter what. Here's what I say to them now: "Assuming the conspiracy is true, what do you think you should be doing to prepare yourself and your family?"

The Disney Illusion Example

One example comes from Disney who owns Fox News. Why did Disney supposedly pay $60,000,000 to have the appearance of chem trails added to all of their old movies? To program the subconscious of the next generation. Parents already deliver the absolute best mind-control programming, so why not slip in a little more to their children and bypass parental influence altogether (almost). If the subconscious is programmed to normalize chem trails, then logical arguments of the conscious mind won't cause behavior change. Even though the science has spoken, you can't talk them out of it. That's why.

Conspiracy Therapy would suggest that rather than worry about all of this, I might be better served to think about what I can do to prepare myself. Not trusting fact-checkers would be a good place to start.

In my studies, I kept running across people from many different types of churches and religions that were in some way tied to the Dead Sea Scrolls. In case you don't know, many ancient scriptures were found in the Dead Sea dating back thousands of years verifying the translations and historical authenticity to hundreds of prophecies. Hundreds of the prophecies are already fulfilled and some pretty terrible ones remain. One of the prophecies involves blotting out the sky and turning the oceans red and rendering them unable to produce fish.

What fascinated and surprised me most is that the worldview was irrelevant for ancient healing. The techniques shared by the healers throughout the ages all followed the same 9 steps. This explains why my feeble attempts to dabble with energy healing modalities and to pray have yielded such fantastic rewards in my life. I hope you can find some encouragement in this article. I can tell you what I do: I focus on the Great Comforter and the canon of scripture confirmed in the Dead Sea Scrolls. There were non-canon scriptures among the Dead Sea Scrolls with healing techniques that also work, but that will be covered in Episode 25: Biblical Psychiatry from all of the Dead Sea Scrolls. Conspiracy Therapy would suggest one might consider reading the Dead Sea Scrolls for oneself.

Prepare Your Own Food

Vegetable oil and seed oils have toxic levels of omega-6. While proclaiming the virtues of omega-3 fatty acids, we crossed over the recommended 2% consumption of dietary vegetable oils a long time ago. Restaurants, processed foods, and the fast-food industry pumps the world full of it. We trusted the food we brought into our homes only to later discover that cancer, obesity, diabetes and macular degeneration blindness are all extremely strongly associated with vegetable oil. We get a rush of all types of neurochemistry when we take a bite of fast food, frozen foods, restaurant foods that is enough to cause a change in behavior. Taken together, these would cause addiction-reward from eating it, remove objectivity from learning about how food impacts our bodies. We are getting a “dopamine hit” from the vegetable oil alone – even if the food is otherwise healthy for human consumption. Sadly, the largest health correlations impact is on the reproductive centers, breast cancer, menopause, perimenopause, and perhaps the future of human civilization itself.

Scary Waters

The same estrogenic properties in the food are present in public, aquatic environments so controlling our dietary intake is crucial to lowering our risk of disease.4 Opioids and other drugs wash off the property into wastewater and creeks, tributaries, lakes and rivers.5 Antidepressants appear in the very Rhine River in Germany that I used to visit when I was stationed there in the Army in the 1990’s.6 Genes encoded with antimicrobial resistance await you in open waters in Canada.7 “One hundred-eighteen pharmaceuticals determined in drinking water samples from 25 U.S. treatment plants.”8 These included carbamazepine, bupropion, cotinine, metoprolol, and lithium most predominantly.8

Glymphatic System Washes Your Brain if you Sleep

Our brains have a washing cycle at night. Once per minute, a small amount of adrenaline causes a small arteriole squeeze all the way through the brain.7 This creates a small amount of space around the vessels for interstitial fluid to be moved and absorbed by the cranial veins. If the Glymphatic System is interfered with that we get a build-up of amyloid proteins that are toxic to the brain – and associated with Alzheimer’s Dementia. It appears that some anti-histamines are anti-cholinergic and these mechanisms stop the Glymphatic System. The over-the-counter shelves are full of antihistamines.8

Polypharmacy is a term used to describe the interaction of multiple medications with increased risk of adverse outcomes including disability and death. The most commonly reported definition of polypharmacy was the numerical definition of five or more medications daily (n = 51, 46.4% of articles), with definitions ranging from two or more to 11 or more medicines1. Each class of medication carries different risks that can be additive and potentiate adverse events.

Two Hundred Thousand – 400,000 people don’t die every year due to medical mistakes globally. Pressure from the US government led doctors to drastically cut back the use of opiates in the past several years. The next target is Benzodiazepines sometimes still necessary for relief of severe anxiety, at least until someone decides to start achieving Physical, Mental, Spiritual and Emotional balance.

The standard of care for anxiety disorders

The standard of care for anxiety disorders is psychotherapy and an antidepressant. Medications such as benzodiazepine-related (alprazolam, diazepam, lorazepam, clonazepam, zolpidem, etc.), gabapentin, propranolol, hydroxyzine and buspirone are frequently used off-label for breakthrough anxiety or panic episodes. Also, chronic insomnia is best treated with a specific protocol for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).

Primary care prescribe approximately 90% of all psychiatric medications in the U.S.A., but they take a symptom-based approach to make the anxiety temporarily abate. In psychiatry, the goal is to overcome the emotional dysregulation and improve resiliency for future stressors. Chronic benzodiazepine use no longer has a place in the psychiatric standards of treatment. The risks of dementia, IQ point loss, insomnia, prolonged PTSD, chronic anxiety, dependency, risk of death, and avoidance of psychotherapy outweigh the temporary benefits of this class of nervous system depressants.

Alcohol: Active alcohol use is a risk factor for medication adverse events. Combining medications with alcohol can result in respiratory depression, failure to maintain a secure airway, aspiration pneumonia, respiratory failure, coma and death.

Benzodiazepines: Work on the GABA receptors just like alcohol. As such, they kill brain cells and are associated with insomnia, doubling the risk of dementia at any age, cognitive loss, persistent anxiety, physical and psychological dependence, and addiction. Examples: Ativan (lorazepam), Klonopin (clonazepam), Valium (diazepam), Xanax (alprazolam), Ambien (zolpidem), Temazepam, Oxazepam, Zaleplon.

Buprenorphine: Subutex contains only buprenorphine but Suboxone contains naloxone in addition to buprenorphine (naloxone helps protect people from an inadvertent opioid overdose). So long as there is naloxone present, there is practically no abuse potential, but it makes no sense to take it with a bunch of other controlled substances. I've seen people take full opiates in the parking lot and walk-in to start the buprenorphine induction protocol. Subutex is a sublingual tablet and Suboxone is a film that you put under your tongue. Subutex was approved in 1981 and Suboxone has been available since 2002. Both Subutex and Suboxone can be initiated early by a doctor as part of an opioid treatment program. The brand name Subutex has been discontinued in the U.S. but it is available as generic buprenorphine sublingual tablets.

Methamphetamine: This stimulant can cause psychosis, irritability and anger, and other forms of mood and thought disorders. Acutely, heart attacks, strokes, seizures and psychosis are some of the most dangerous interaction when mixing meth with other substances.

Opiates: Opiates stop the respiratory drive so the diaphragm stops moving, the main way people die on overdoses with fentanyl and heroine, etc. Prescription opiates are just as dangerous when abused or mixed with other medications or alcohol.

Stimulants: Stimulants can include prescription and nonprescription. By definition, they increase adrenaline and dopamine in the frontal cortex in the brain. Therefore, combining stimulants with some other medications can exacerbate the background risk of hypertension, palpitations, arrhythmia, even leading to stroke and death. Examples: Methylphenidate, Adderall, methamphetamine, cocaine. A good example of this is the recently outlawed Dos Locos beer that added a stimulant to an alcoholic beverage that resulted in deaths.

THC. Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the main psychoactive agent and neurologic pain relief from the cannabis plant. There are no known overdoses or deaths due to THC in the history of mankind. There are 500 endocannabinoids and terpenes with ancient, healing benefit. That said, it can cause syncope, dizziness, sleepiness, drowsiness, forgetfulness and amotivational syndrome.

Introduction

Polyfluoryl-alkyl Substances (PFAS) represent 15,000 different variations of long chains of fluoride, a known neurotoxin, that bioaccumulate in plants and animals.1 In humans, they have been associated with kidney cancer, increased cholesterol, and thyroid problems to name a few.2 PFAS is commonly referred to as “forever chemicals” due to the fact they stay in the body from 3-27 years, depending on the form.3 Ongoing bioaccumulation risks remain for those working in industries with frequent exposure, dump sites, contaminated water supplies, food packaging, painting, electroplating, carpet installation, carpet treatment, serving as a firefighter, working with ski wax, waterproofing material and construction materials.1, 4 Public awareness has not yet caught up to the existing science and there is a paucity of recommendations available for the informed consumer.

The available data for daily exposure for the general population to PFAS comes out of Canada and Norway.5 Daily consumption was 90% dietary with intake of 73 ng/day, on par with dust and air inhalation exposure. A follow-up study combined types of PFAS and estimated daily consumption as high as 250 ng per day. This study aims to validate ionic foot bath treatments remove PFAS from the human body, paving the way to correlate with improved health outcomes.

This study analyzes the removal of PFAS from a human subject by an inexpensive ionic foot bath machine.

Materials

Hand-crafted copper foot basin from India

Ionic Cleanse Detox machine from Better Health Company, round double coil array. Model BHC-CTRL-01, 24 W, 2A, 12V DC.

One gallon per session of distilled water, steam distillation from Premium Waters, packaged 05/27/24 12:06, best by 05/27/2025.

GreenPan anodized ceramic cooking pot

Pink Himalayan salt, 1/4 cup per session

Methods

An initial serum PFAS level was obtained using the PFASure test from Any Lab Test Now.

One 30-minute foot bath session was conducted with the Ionic Cleanse Detox Machine using distilled water with 1/4 cup of pink Himalayan salt.

Water sample testing was conducted on both the clean and dirty foot bath water using SimpleLab.

Results

The initial serum PFAS result was 7 ng/mL, which falls in the Medium Risk Category (<2 preferred, 2-20 elevated risk health risks, >20 high risk of bad health outcomes).

The clean sample of distilled water used in the initial foot bath came back from the lab totally free of PFAS.

The dirty water from my very first foot bath was also sent off for 3rd party, independent testing. The PFAS results was 49.7 PPT (parts per trillion), which is over 12 times the new EPA drinking water standard (<4 PPT). The lab results is below:
