TQ 027 James from England (Replay of an interview I made two years ago)
I hosted James in my apartment in Nanning for three nights. At the same time I also had two women cyclists from California staying with me. I have a small apartment, but it doesn't matter. I enjoy hosting travelers, especially cyclists and hitchhikers, so we find ways to make it work. James is on a long cycling trip from Hong Kong to India.
James speaks rather quickly, so this podcast episode may be more challenging to understand than the others. Good luck! Listen as he tells us what a consultant does, gives us information about British meat pies and puddings, and talks about the Tough Mudder competitions he has competed in. Naturally, he also talks a lot about bike touring. A word you may not know is "crikey!" He also fidgets a lot in the chair, which is why you often hear a squeaking sound.
