This pain in the ass hides in outhouses all across the US, waiting in delight to pinch unsuspecting poopers!
Those who encounter it live to tell the tale, but choose not to, as the dreaded Crappersnapper preys only on those who within themselves carry a dirtly little secret!

This perpetually beached whale marsupial likes to live on the edge! ...the water's edge that is. It can neither swim nor walk, but it can certainly stay put, keeping its head dipped into the water to breathe.
Why does a whale have gills, you ask??? It is because lumberjacks were never the best anatomical experts! Neither is Cassie. But hey, at least she gave it a pouch to carry its young!

Underneath the pot fields of rural Idaho hides the spawn of a creature so elusive only pot farmers have seen it, yet nobody ever believes them!
These pesky little tots fart themselves out of the ground, joyfully hitting anyone who might stand in their way!
Those who safely land grow up to become a walking copyright infringement, terrifying the locals with their totally coincidental resemblance to a popular intellectual property! But no worries, they tend to keep themselves hidden from public eye, to avoid any potential lawsuits.

We spend the episode blabbering this creature into existence! Half-parrot, half-kangaroo, all tattletale!
The Blabberjabber spends its days overhearing rumors and gossip from the human world, congregating into groups so they may spread the word amongst themselves, though often very inaccurately.
But hey, we would be hypocrites if we were to deny the possibility that the human world may also be the stuff of folklore to other creatures!

We start the series off with a huge pile of shit! Well actually, an alligator-sized turd which lurks in the dark pee-infested sewers of New York City!
Right under our noses it has been seeking youthful adventurers clumsy enough to get ensnared into its mushy body, providing them the ride of their lives and the true sewer experience. 💩

Cassie and I introduce a 2 week-long mini series of weird ass critters which may completely shatter your notions of what "tasteful" art really means!
Thankfully you will not be stumbling upon these abominations in the real world, as all 10 of them were pulled directly out of our asses!
I named them, Cassie drew them, we both spent each episode constructing their lore off the top of our heads and sent them off into the aether to be manifested by suggestible minds like you!

Laura and Tonya share their adventures in legend tripping, cryptid conventioning and community building!
As the hosts of Spooks, Creeps and Assorted Devilry Podcast, as well as admins of many Facebook groups, this duo of young gals actively engage with and promote the cryptid community, earning some cool haunted tours along the way.
But as with any paraweirdo, both of their lives are surrounded with wacky phenomena! Tonya shares her childhood experiences with a haunted house, shadow beings and Ouija board shenanigans. Laura shares her family's encounters with living pterodactyls, monkey-faced mermaids, and even her grandfather's exorcism of La Lechuzas! I guarantee we are not making this stuff up! 😁
======================
Huge THANK YOU!!! to Laura and Tonya for all their help supporting our community, and allowing me to shamelessly plug my show on their Facebook group! This episode was a lot of fun and I had a great time just chatting and laughing. 😁
Meet Laura and Tonya in person at Frogman Festival on March 4th in Mason, Ohio!

Author and independent folklorist Morgan Daimler joins to inspire us with a vast knowledge of Irish fairy lore.
Since it is Valentine's Day, today we will be blending together fairy lore and supernatural inspiration to discuss the often overlooked (and misrepresented) concept of fairy muses. Kidnapped musicians, poet's dark muses, fairy lovers, and even imaginal offerings!
Can our relationships with the Good Folk be the source of our creativity? May we be channeling inspiration from them? And if so, are our creative endeavors used to convey messages from beyond the veil? We may not know the answers, but we feel inspired enough to discuss the possibilities!
Grab a fresh-off-the-press copy of Pagan Portals - 21st Century Fairy: The Good Folk in the new millennium HERE

Huge THANK YOU!!! to Morgan Daimler for engaging in such an inspirational conversation! ❤️ Be it from our cool selves or some divine force, we felt so inspired that we actually recorded 3 episodes before this one even got released! 😁

Comic artist Todd Purse and comic nerd Super Inframan team up for a super-mega comic book geek-out!
But as this is a paranormal show, we take it a step further to discuss the inherent liminality and mystical history of the comic book medium itself!
Chaos magic, divine channeling, missing time, encounters with Men in Black, even conjuring tulpas of superheroes, all fantastical events we may witness in the pages of a comic book.
But what if we told you that sometimes these events seep into the real world, changing the lives of their creators forever, ultimately allowing them to create new mythologies and even influence reality as we know it!?
======================
Huge THANK YOU!!! to Super Inframan (sometimes known as Saxon) for sharing his vast knowledge and love for the comic medium and its history!
