In this episode with Adam, we talk about the changes that have happened in our lives throughout many different seasons. As we get older, it can be hard to let go of things that are comfortable, and Adam shared some really great advice about navigating that.

Hi friends! One of my reasons for starting this podcast was to create a personal journal, so this episode is one I recorded to document my dance life up to this point in my life.
