Depression is one of those things that is different for everyone.
For me, it comes as a wave of sadness that has no reason.
I used to think that whatever latest drama was what triggered an episode, but I no longer believe that.
I understand that my depression was there already, brewing in the background, and dramas just make me react 10x worse.
In this episode, I do exactly what other influencers tell you NOT to do: I talk about it WHILE I’m going through an episode.
But it’s not all down and out and misery. I share with you the 10 things I am doing to deal with it the best I can, until it passes.
I hope it helps some of you out there in understanding that these things happen, and we can’t let them define our future.
