Christine G. Birch is the CEO of THE ROYGBIV COLLECTIVE. Christine immigrated to the US from the island of Jamaica at the age of 3. As a young girl, she taught herself to read & write before Kindergarten, resulting in her declaring the entire experience a waste of time & skipping it entirely. Since then, she has been on an incredible odyssey through the American Dream via its most famous educational, cultural & business institutions.

Heavily influenced by her Jamaican father's wisdom & wit, Christine blazed a trail through the Ivy League (Dartmouth College), New York publishing (Scholastic & Random House) & eventually, Hollywood where her strategic skill & creative instincts won multiple industry awards & recognition.

Hailed as "one of the best pieces of manpower in the business," Christine rose through the Hollywood power ranks to become the first & only black woman (& the only Jamaican!) ever to run marketing for a major studio (Sony Pictures), a legendary filmmaker (Steven Spielberg) and a successful independent. She has collaborated with the entertainment industry's top executives & creative talent, disrupting the status quo, shaping popular culture, & driving performance. Along the way, she has become famous -- & infamous -- for her ability to "cut through nonsense like a hot knife through butter."

He has over 25 years of experience writing, producing and editing for every avenue and has worked in every facet of the industry, from network to vendor to studio to owner and everything in between.

Dawn Baillie is a founding partner of BLT Communications, an entertainment marketing agency employing over 200 passionate artists, strategists, and technologists. For more than 25 years, BLT has created award-winning campaigns for hundreds of film, television, streaming, and Broadway productions. In addition to numerous Clio Entertainment and Hollywood Reporter Key Art Awards (including Best Poster of the Past 35 Years for Silence of the Lambs), Dawn was also honored with the inaugural Saul Bass Award, which recognizes talented creatives who demonstrate iconic and influential style.

In 2009, Dawn developed BLT Helps, a nonprofit arm dedicated to sharing BLT's wealth of experience and creative resources with organizations making a difference in their communities.

A Los Angeles native, Dawn earned a BFA from Otis/Parsons, where she has set up the Dawn Baillie Scholarship Fund to benefit women artists.

Creatively and fiscally responsible for over 1,000 theatrical trailers, corporate product reels, TV and radio campaigns. Jim created unique advertising for some of the most highly successful motion pictures of all time, including ET The Extraterrestrial, Planes Trains and Automobiles, Amadeus, The Color Purple, Crocodile Dundee, The Big Chill, and Home Alone.

Formerly Executive VP of Creative Advertising for Paramount Pictures, Jim now works as a consultant with numerous studios and indie film makers.

Mark joined Kaleidoscope Films in 1985 as General Manager before taking over the role of Senior VP. Mark left Kaleidoscope in 1996 to join Aspect Ratio, an award winning Creative Advertising agency that provides strategic marketing solutions across all entertainment platforms. Mark was first hired as Co-President, before becoming President and eventually was named President and CEO. Mark left Aspect in 2012 to pursue freelance writing and consulting work. Notable campaigns include Django Unchained, Spider-Man, Bruce Almighty, and The Italian Job.

In 1977 Clive graduated from the London College of Printing and Graphic Arts (now London College of Communication) with a BA in Graphic Design.

The experience he gained in London as a designer eventually bought him to Los Angeles in 1985 so he could pursue a career in the entertainment industry.

After beginning at Cannon Films he went on to work at B. D. Fox, Seiniger Advertising (where he met his future wife Dawn), and then DAZU, where he and Dawn worked together with Rick Lynch.

In 1992 Clive, Dawn and Rick founded BLT Communications. A creative agency, founded by creatives, run by creatives. It has grown to over 200 passionate artists, strategists, and technologists. Over the last 28 years BLT has created thousands of campaigns for film, streaming, television, and Broadway productions, across print, online, and audio visual.

Clive is passionate about playing a broader advocacy role in the arts and education, in particular the nurturing of creative talent. He is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Buckley School in Los Angeles. He participates in the Academy of Motion Picture Mentorship Program. And in 2015 he launched the Clive Baillie Scholarship for Graphic Design which is available to multiple students enrolled on the BA Graphic and Media Design course at London College of Communication

Jackson George, SVP of Creative Advertising at Disney, has worked in motion picture advertising for over 20 years and has been with Disney since 2012. Jackson has been named to AdAge's annual 40 Under 40 list, and has won many Key Art, Golden Trailer, & Clio awards. He is also a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

At Disney, Jackson has guided the creative marketing campaigns for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Incredibles 2, Toy Story 4, Maleficent, OZ: The Great And Powerful, Cinderella, Rogue One, Pirates of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, and Ralph Breaks The Internet. Currently, he is responsible for creative advertising strategy and execution for Lucasfilm, Pixar, and Walt Disney Animation Studios. His upcoming projects include Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Frozen 2, and Onward.

Previously, Jackson held positions at Universal Pictures, Overture Films & InSync Advertising, where he led the theatrical creative campaigns for: Despicable Me, Bridesmaids, Ted, The Lorax, Walk The Line, Cast Away, and Rocky Balboa, among many others.

Michael Blackburn is the Executive Creative Director of AV at Concept Arts where he recently oversaw the creation of Trailers and TV spots for the last two Spider-Man movies. His love for all things editorial has led him on a career filled with twists. He worked in the Netherlands cutting international trailers, he cut a feature film in Moscow, and followed his heart to San Francisco where he accidentally worked for the Mafia. As an Editor he cut for Ant Farm, Ignition Creative, CMP and directly for FOX's Tony Sella. He has experience with campaigns on every genre of film imaginable, from Minions and Madagascar to Mother and The Grudge, from Pineapple Express and Talladega Nights to Kill Bill and Django Unchained. The road is long and winding and he's picked up a few scars along the way (e.g. John Carter and Fantastic Four) but he wouldn't change a thing (he met his wife Esther Aronson in this business!) - He is always looking forward to the adventure of the next campaign...
