    My fitness journey began when I was 19. I was an athlete my whole life & then trained for my first NPC bodybuilding competition, which lead to winning shows, competing Nationally, & gaining sponsorships. 

    My strong passionate for health & fitness and wanting to help others lead me to becoming a Certified personal trainer & Nutrition Coach. I graduated from Wayne State University with my Bachelors in Kinesiology Exercise Sports Science. 

    I created my personal training business/company Xpose Fitness & helped athletes world wide, achieve the overall competitive physique.
