Trance Station - DJ Eclypse

[Epic/Melodic Trance] As mentioned in the description of Desert Souls, Dream Catcher is the other side project that was pieced together from the unused tracks that never made it into Peak XV, so you can expect this mix to very close in delivery to those other two mixes. BPM 135-142

[EPIC/MELODIC TRANCE] While I was working on my last epic set Peak XV, I managed to piece together a couple of side projects. This particular one, named Desert Souls, was the first one to be completed. Smooth transitions, large atmospheric breakdowns, and ancient tribal chants drive this mix all the way to its explosive epic conclusion. Definitely a solid peak hour mix if you like this particular genre of trance.

[HARD DANCE/TECHNO] For those of you who heard me in the later years of Outerlimits parties in Atlanta, "Gravitation" reflects the type of sets I would play when I was up against such hard hitting DJ's like DJ Dan, Micro, and Bad Boy Bill. Striving to outdo my last hardance/techno mix (Duck 'N' Cover), I'll be using some incredible (and unlikely) remixes featuring Katy Perry, Metallica, Beastie Boys, and even Marcus Schossow. At 75 minutes in length, this is the perfect peak hour dance mix for your next house party!

[PROGRESSIVE/EPIC TRANCE] Peak XV (the designation given by surveyors in the 1800's to what is now known as Mt. Everest), a mix inspired by the tallest point on earth, will take you on a journey from base camp to the pinnacle of the world in just under 80 minutes. With plenty of action to go around, expect blends between agressive and melodic trance leading to some serious anthems to finish off the set. Think of this mix as a cross between Departure and Supercruise. Get ready for the climb of your life, and as always thanks for your support. Enjoy!

[PROGRESSIVE TRANCE] After many months of design work, it became apparent that Departure was going to be one of the most solidly structured sets that I have done in this particular genre. Incorporating female vocal tracks all throughout the set really made this mix come alive, and set it apart from previously released material (hence the name "Departure"). As in all of my work, I cannot stress enough how important it is to me to keep the flow of music progressing accurately as the tracks blend and transfer into the next song. Departure brings all of this together in a neatly wrapped package of trance and progressive music that sounds more like one complete dream, instead of many separate ones.

[PSY TRANCE] Like in the first Paradigm Shift series, part 2 is designed to be much faster and more intense by using tracks with BPM levels ranging from 138-145, a full 10 BPM faster than part 1. This obviously moves the Psy music into an entirely different sound, and with a linear build in BPM as the mix progresses, the intense (some might say it's borderline insanity) and agressive nature of this set becomes clear. BTW, it helps to have a MONSTER sound system to acheive the full effect of this mix. Have at it!

[PROGRESSIVE PSY] Starting off 2012 with a bang, the Paradigm Shift series is back with tons of new Psy tracks to enjoy. Following the same format as the previous two-parter, Paradigm Shift II's first part is Progressive Psy with a BPM range from 127-135, and is designed with minimal key changes to give added depth to the transitions between tracks.

[PROGRESSIVE TRANCE] When it comes to story building, there is no better genre suited to match my style of mixing than Progressive Trance. The finished product of "There Is Always Hope" has great organic flow, and includes a good balance of moving vocal tracks, as well as uplifting grooving ones. Keeping the BPM's floating in the low to mid 130's is just the right pace to keep the flow of this set moving all the way to the end. Thanks for your support! Comments welcome.
