Incredibly well constructed, RECON is designed to provoke a wide range of emotion with each passing track, with transitions that won't disturb harmony or rhythmic basslines. From the intro with gentle rain and rolling thunder, to the two way transmissions between a spec ops team and base camp the tone of the set is established and continues for the next 78 minutes. Like a soundtrack taken straight out of a documentary about deep sea exploration, this mix will surprise you with each new song. Strategic track selection was key in making sure the songs delivered the correct rhythm and feel.
