She is trained in the Martha Beck Coaching Method, Human Design, Healing Touch, and Reiki. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work Administration. She worked for 36 years as a direct support staff, personnel administrator, trainer, and executive director with people with intellectual disabilities and in mental health recovery.

The thread that ran through all her experiences and her favorite part of the job was helping the people they supported and the staff who worked with them embrace their own precious potential and one-of-a-kind magnificence.

Her current mission is to do that using the awesome Human Design self-awareness/self-empowerment tool.
