In this special solo episode of Real Human Design Stories,
I talk about the challenges of letting go, embracing rest, and learning to recognize ourselves beyond the validation of others. After a season of deep engagement and excitement from presenting at two recent Human Design conferences, I came home to a surprising inner request—to simply rest.
